I've been in there twice and dealt with the store manager Vanessa, super knowledgeable about anything i needed answered. Always friendly and attentive, I wasn't sure about switching to at&t, but the service I received from her was enough to ease my doubts! This is my new home store for sure!

Don't buy anything from this place. They will tell you about all these deals and discounts you will get, tell you to wait a few months until all the credits are issued and then you realize what they said were incorrect or lies. Then you have to deal with AT&T and DIRECTV and they don't really care about what you were told. I was told I would get DIRECTV stream for year free.. never happened. I was told my bill would be 25% lower than what it was and I was charged some extra insurance that I never requested. I switched from T-Mobile and I never should have. Either go to a corporate store or avoid AT&T all together.Update -- I emailed them as requested below.. NO response. Make you sure your read the yelp review.. A lot of people complaining of fraud.

Also, please note this is dealer store (Prime Communications) not AT&T corporate, which means they can be make things up and lie to and there is zero recourse. Miles was wonderful. He was prompt organized and helped us find the phones we needed. He got us great deals and worked with us and our budget. Best experience ever in AT&T. I walked out saving money. Ask for Miles next time your in the store!!!!

We got Direct TV streaming but did not like it so we returned everything and surprise surprise got an easy refund. We already had satellite DTV. But streaming is not for us... Too many missing channels. Our salesman was great and told us if we didn't like it we could get a total refund. AND we did. For phones ? we have Tmobile and are happy.

Don’t go to this store. These people will rip you off. They charged extra for a phone upgrade that ATT online said was free. They gave me a ‘lifetime replacement’ on the screen protector that ended up being a charge for each new one, which the online team replaced for free. The people there are rude and will scam you. Do yourself a favor and call ATT instead of going here.

If you want to be ignored, then this is the store for you. I waited for 30 minutes. When Hasan came back from break I was not acknowledged. He served everyone else. It was extremely frustrating as all I wanted was to add a line and activate a device.
