“Today ANTHONY is my Shoutout human!!! Anthony is professional, awesome and quick as I was in a bit of a rush trying to get in and out as I needed to get to work. Anthony was great with my transitions, verifying and confirming everything. Anthony deserves a raise!!! This entire staff are awesome and are welcoming upon entrance. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE DIVERSITY here as well!!! Makes everyone feel welcomed There's plenty of free parking, food and shopping in the area. Please note that, they have changed their business hours to better accommodate us humans which is awesome for those of us who have a hard time coming during our own business hours. “I've dealt with many banking institutions but none come close to the customer service of this branch and organization. Setting up accounts (6 of them) is quick! Every person I've encountered remembers my personal situations and always inquire about the status of my journey. Feels like a great group of friends when I go to the bank. In fact, my kids like to go to the bank because of the people (and lollipops!) Most importantly, their ability to turn the impossible into possible. Even though it requires out of the box thinking and strategies, they'll get it done. If you are looking for a mortgage banker who can do quick turn around s, great customer service, keeps you informed throughout the process, and advocates for you, Mitch Van Dyke is your guy!
