I came in with 2 issues with my iPhone and Nickole at the AT&T store on Elliot/Alma helped me as much as she could. She was able to help me with a number that wasn’t working and for the other problem she tried hard to solve it. In the end it was an Apple problem, so off to the mall I go. But in a day when so few young people have decent customer service skills, Nickole was great! She was patient and friendly and helpful. A lovely young woman and AT&T is lucky to have her.

Juan was the best! Kind of sat around when my boyfriend was getting his plan sorted out on the phone and watched. Juan welcomed everyone and helped every to the best of his ability. Great experience!

My daughter and I met Hugo regarding needing a PUK Number as phone was locked. He sorted the situation out With patiece and kindness. Even Remembers my name when I’ve had to come back.

Nicole first and foremost took on job that was very difficult to handle , I witness this college student, whether the storm , I was very , very pleased with her conduct. Nora store manager and juan another one of the representatives was also a great 👍 asset to what took place today, someone falsely called my phones in stolen and I was without a phone for days , so thanks Nicole 😊

We walked in needing to upgrade our phones and walked out with an extra line for my fiancés business needs, with a great deal!! Aaron was very helpful and diligent with what we came in for and it was an overall fun experience!! He answered all of our questions with patience and respect!
