Autonation Honda Chandler always does a great job! I really appreciated my service advisor, Morgan. She was very friendly and professional. She told me my vehicle would take about an hour. It was done sooner than expected! Yay!

Best service department ever! Michael was great to work with. Understood the issue, got my Honda done half a day early! Worth the drive from Fountain Hills even though there are much closer dealerships. It’s also the cleanest dealership I’ve been to. Thanks!

Great service! Trustworthy and attentive; alerts us to necessary repairs so our Hondas keep running smoothly for decades. Sometimes communication is a little confusing, but we really like AutoNation Honda's service department.

First time in this place, for servicing, being relocated to Gilbert. They did an excellent job on time, Morgan was my contact, appreciate the timely finish, being a busy day on Labor Day weekend.

Prompt, efficient, friendly, great service. Joe Krizek is the best for a Service Advisor, as he truly cares about his customers and takes good care of them. However, they have discontinued washing the car after expensive services, which is disappointing (that is an important extra service that is missed and made a difference).

Avoid AutoNation Honda Chandler’s Service Department
Update 8/22/24
I took the car to another Honda dealership to address what this location failed to, and they had everything fixed in the same day with an amazing experience from start to finish. Most importantly, during that repair they noted and pointed out to me that the “repairs” done at AutoNation were not completed using genuine Honda parts, but rather aftermarket parts that would’ve voided my extended warranty.
Avoid this place. Tempe Honda is the place to buy and have your Honda serviced by true professionals, not this sideshow.
My recent visit to AutoNation Honda Chandler was a mess from start to finish. Their online scheduling system is confusing, using cryptic codes instead of clear service names. When I arrived, I waited in my car with no direction and had to hunt down help myself. My service advisor didn’t even check my extended warranty until after quoting unnecessary charges.
I also asked about a recall, but despite Honda’s urgent notices, they didn’t have the parts. They kept my car for four days waiting for an AC part, only to tell me on the day of the repair that it’d be another two days. When I finally picked up my car, my advisor wasn’t there, I got no paperwork, and they refused to ship a part to another dealership.
Bottom line: this was the worst service experience I’ve had. The communication and organization here are seriously lacking. I won’t be back, and I’d suggest you find somewhere else for service.
