This dealership never disappoints. I know when I bring my truck in that whatever service I need done, it will get done right the first time. I never have to worry. From the time that I pull in, Jennifer jots down the service I need and makes sure that my truck gets the proper treatment. I don't have to worry which tech works on my truck. Tony the Service Director runs the tightest ship. He makes sure that the techs that work for him are second to none. Whenever I have a question the tech listens to me, answers my questions, and asks me if he/she has answered fully what I wanted to know. They are courteous, professional, and truly care about what they do and me, the customer. I am treated with respect and in turn I treat them with the highest respect. Best damn dealership.

We purchased a 2025 Nissan Kicks. While we are happy with the car, we were very disappointed with our car-buying experience. Communication with our sales person was nearly nonexistent once we drove off the lot. We could not get him to return our calls. We will be using another dealership for our service.

Got over charged for my Nissan rouge and within a year my car is already -$10,000! Also when I asked about a trade in the guy took a phone call and ignored me. Don’t bother go somewhere else! Buyers beware!

I knew exactly what I was looking for when I arrived at AutoNation Nissan Chandler. It was a 2025 Nissan Murano Platinum. I was met at the door by a salesman who was friendly but not overbearing. I explained what I was looking for and he directed me to the lot where there were several vehicles. Once I found the one I wanted we took it for a test drive. After returning to the dealership we reviewed the price along with any add-ons. I explained what I was interested in and he then proceeded to put the deal together. I was in and out is about 2 hours. This includes getting the car cleaned and filling up the gas tank. I was very happy with the entire team. No hard sell and no games!

Came in for service for a bad battery in my 2024 Nissan Pathfinder. I called the day before. Dropped it off for a new battery and waited 3 hours. When my vehicle was ready, I was told it would still be another 20 minutes to process the paperwork. Even though all work was covered under warranty. 3 hours for a battery replacement is just ridiculous. This is the place I buy my new vehicles from, well it was.

He was attentive, found the exact car I wanted for the price I was hoping for.

I just bought a car, and I honestly had one of the smoothest, most efficient experiences ever. Jake Mann was super responsive from the beginning — I couldn’t make it into the office, and he handled everything for me remotely. I was able to sign and pay from home, and when I went in to pick up the car, I just said hello, grabbed the keys, and was out the door in 5 minutes. My dad was amazed at how quick and painless it was. I truly appreciate how professional and helpful Jake was throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Boyd Hamilton did a great job taking care of my problem. He is very thorough and easy to work with. We developed a plan to address other maintenance issues that are coming up with my car. The work was done in a timely manner. I could not be more satisfied.
