Marco was great and really helpful. He’s knowledgeable in car parts and explained things really well. I’ve had bad experiences in other Nissans in the Valley but for once it seems like they actually care about your car instead of just trying to relate with the customer and get your money. I would come back to this location

Terrible experience. Zero communication between departments. Salesman Joe Cola should not be representing your business. Once the sale was completed, he was nowhere to be found, unhelpful and rude. (Its easy to sell cars Joe, its the followup that seperates good salespeople from hacks) The service department got caught in the middle of this terrible communication and did their best. I will not be back, and would never recommend this business.

I have been coming here since 2015 to get my car services. Today I experienced one of the worst days here when I brought my car for service. This guy seemed like a new service advisor here(atleast I never had dealt with him before). He tried to keep selling services like power steering fluid, brake fluid etc even when the car doesn’t need it. At one point he even said that costco doesn’t know how to rotate tires when I refused tire rotation stating that I just got it done last week from Costco.Anyhow, I refused everything except oil change. I was the 4th person to be in line at 7 am in the morning. He told me it will be ready by 8:30 am. I decided to wait. At 9 am I had to walk to his desk where I was told that they are backed up and the car is going in just now. I have no option but to wait for the last time I am coming here.Update:: I was compensated by not letting me pay for the service. One good gesture and hence I am updating starts from 1 to 3

Pat is a awesome service advisor , i only go to him. Explains the work and notifies me if i don't need work done to save money. If you want some one to go to at AutoNation Nissan Chandler for work on your car go to Patrick Golliher.

They were very helpful attentive and up beat. I loved the atmosphere and they answered all the questions we had. They helped us get into a brand new Altima sv the process went smooth. I will definitely recommend anyone to go to auto nation Nissan Chandler for a car. I know auto nation Chandler will take good care of them. The best customer service A++ work.

Went in for a warning light that came on, and they couldn't be more helpful. They took my car back, kept me appraised of the status, and even washed the car before giving it back. A great bunch of people and very knowledgeable.

I scheduled my Armada for service with advisor Marco Arias. The repairs included a shaft seal replacement, and the rear differential bushings removed and replaced. This was a time consuming and complicated repair which my local shop was unable to complete due to a lack of specialized tools to reinstall the bushings. Marco found the parts which had to be shipped and kept me informed throughout the procedure. After driving the truck for a couple days I am very pleased with the results and feel like I have a new vehicle again! Thanks Marco!
