Tom was very helpful in answering my many questions before I brought my older Honda in for a diagnostic check. He was also excellent at explaining the problem once the mechanic finished the check. I initially came in for a oil change and to check my air-conditioning issue since it wasn't blowing out cold enough air esp for this AZ heat. My service advisor Joe was absolutely amazing! He was very informative and made sure I understood what was wrong with my car and explained what needed to get serviced in the future. The overall process was very organized.I will be coming back to get my car maintenanced in the future

Great employees at chandler autonation. I was able to do all of my negotiating over the phone! I worked with TJ and Gilberto they were able to get everything I wanted! And the finance department was awesome too! Very transparent, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want. I ordered floor mats and cargo tray and when I took my car in they detailed inside and out, filled my car with gas and just were amazing! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Purchased a used car from here and don’t regret it. This has been my 2nd used car from them in the last 6yrs. Their communication has been on point, not pushy, and positive atmosphere. My first car was from them was a solid car. Expect this car to be the same.
