Mom from bayarea.I flew to Chandler AZ to help my son buy a used Honda. AutoNation Honda dealership' sales prep ( very professional and patient prep.) Victo Z helps us and got us an awesome deal! Then we meet with the dealer finance Manager Mo Faragallah, his an Outstanding Finance manager! ? also got us an awesome loan deal with great warranties. After we closed the purchase, we felt like we bought a new car ( we felt great) because we were treated with excellent customer service. I give Victor Z & Mo F. 10!✨Thank you, Chandler AutoNation Honda dealership , awesome ? customer personnel.Got what we want w/ the price that we can afford. it.

If I could leave less stars I would. Scheduled an appointment over the phone yesterday for this morning. My AC has not been working properly. I showed up at 11:15 just a few minutes late to my appointment, but they kept me waiting there for 15 minutes before the guy showed up with an attitude to tell me he had tried to call me 3 times (he called me once 35 minutes before my appointment, and I have the receipts if they try to deny that) and couldn't leave a message for me. He proceeded to let me know that their diagnostics team was backed up "for hours" and I "wouldn't even get an answer as to what was wrong until possibly the next day." My question is- why couldn't someone have walked over to my car and let me know that instead of having me waste my time there for 15 minutes? Also, why schedule appointments for people when you can't handle the volume and have to turn them away once they get there? I was a potential new customer for them and I will never be going back there after that. I will note that there are plenty of other Honda Dealerships in the valley that I have had great experiences at - Right Honda in Scottsdale being one of them.

I've been meaning to leave this review sooner but I've been so busy driving my new car! Walking in here was the best decision I made. My salesman "Ash" -Afshin was very caring and met all my wants. Him, Greg the manager and Oscar from finance made this such a fast and easy experience. I'm thankful for the whole team I've never been happier with the purchase of a car. They went above and beyond for me. Ask for Ash when arriving I know he will take care of you!

My mom needed a new car and was originally looking for a civic. There was no civic that she liked but she saw a Honda accord that caught her attention. The interior was dirty but they promised my mom they would take care of it today June 27th, 2023 by 6 pm if she brings the down payment at 1pm. My little brother called to see what's going on with the car and Emillian, the sales person said it isn't ready. It will be ready tomorrow in the morning . I can hear him saying it's out of his control that the car wasn't ready by 6 pm and that my mother and little brother needs to chill because they're spam calling him. Ummm first of all someone promised my mom that the car would be done by 6 pm. Second, that is bad customer service for him to tell us we need to chill. We're the customers here and they're supposed to work for us not us working for them. My mom already gave the down payment and they should've kept their word that the car would be done today. She needs transportation tomorrow for work.. And even if it's out of his control. Emillian should've deliver better customer service and apologize for the inconvenience. Choose your words wisely. No customer wants to hear you telling them you and your mom needs to chill. That is very unprofessional.. At least say let me find a way to fix this problem or something.. If I could give this dealership a zero star I definitely would based on my mom's experience and bad customer service. Yes he did give a loaner which was a crv after I spoke to him about this issue. However, my mom wasn't comfortable driving a big suv since she is used to driving smaller cars.. Unfortunately, he said that's all they have available. It's very frustrating. I never heard of a dealership not giving them a car you purchased on the day of. I wanted to purchase an everyday car here but I'll take my business somewhere else. I wouldn't want to deal with bad customer service like that... Seems like they're money hungry. After you give the money to them you're no longer worthy of their time.. Still on the hunt to look for a nice dealership that'll treat my family and I better..

We went in to buy a Honda Odyssey 2023 at AutoNation Honda in Chandler AZ, and our salesman Reginald Smith was amazing. They we shorthanded, but he stayed with us to get the deal done long after he was to leave. Reginald was well versed on the Odyssey, and answered all our questions. We highly recommend asking for Reginald for all your car needs, as he will go above and beyond to give you great service.

Ask for Stu or Mouneer (Monte) for the best, straightforward transaction. These men demonstrate professionalism, knowledge, kindness and integrity. Ladies!!!! This dealership is single mom approved. I was grateful they didn't ask me if I wanted to wait until I spoke with my husband before making a deal. Which has happened to me many times. They respected me as a single woman. I knew what I desired and they made sure I was pleased. Thank you Stu, Mouneer and Auto Nation for exceptional service.

I would not recommend this dealership. I took my civic in for an oil change a few months back. I just recently changed the oil myself and came to find the head of the drain plug rounded off and the filter over tightened to the point where a pipe wrench was needed to get both things off. Clearly their mechanics used an impact gun. Fortunately there was no further damage. I called the dealership to leave feedback and never received a return call. I will not be returning. If you're in the N. Scottsdale area, Right Honda has been pretty good.

Had a 9 AM scheduled appointment to have our two year old Honda pilot serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. It is now 3 PM and not one word from them. That is a lack of time management, and complete disrespect for a customers time and responsibilities. It's absolutely disgusting and I would never ever bring your vehicle here. Look for another dealership. They are awful in the service department here.

One of the financial managers at this dealership sold me a car with an aftermarket radio which was fine so he offered an extended warranty to cover any electrical problems he said "you can literally send me a video of you pouring water over the screen and we got you covered" turns out the radio stopped working after a while and I claimed for it to be replaced and the warranty doesn't cover it.They have slimy, greedy and lying salesman/financial managers here, you are better off buying a car elsewhere. I do not recommend this dealership.And they never answer the phone either

Listen the last thing I'd pick to do if it was my last day on Earth would definitely be spending my day at a car dealership....ok maybe the hospital would be worse, but you get my drift wink wink. Today I found myself in the East Valley helping my daughter do some car shopping and test drives. We'd been to a few others and they either left us feeling sketchy or the salesman were so overbearing and cocky that I didn't want to spend a dime there. My daughter already had an idea what she was looking for, but again wanted to get a better feel for how they drove, how she felt and what is important to her in a car. The dealership was easy to access and right off the freeway. We parked and made our way near the front ready to run if anyone ambushed us to heavy ha ha. We were pleasantly greeted by David who not only smiled, but waited for us to finish speaking. There was another salesman next to him, but he neither smiled or said hello when we walked up; at least say hello. After letting David know what we wanted to see he quickly took us to look at the inventory and we were out for some test drives in no time. He was patient with my daughter as she was a bit nervous about this huge decision. Once we finally narrowed it down we started to do the usual chat about cost, down payments etc. I liked that they were very clear on pricing, didn't continue to shove all kinds of extras our way ( they did offer), but didn't make us feel trapped. Soon Phillip came over from sales to go over some things with us. He really made us laugh. He again was not pushy and didn't try to detour us from things we were specific on. It was honestly like talking o someone we knew already. When it was time to sign we were pleased to find out that they had continued to look for the best rate and we signed at a lower one that we had thought we were getting. While it took about six hours between all the test drives, paperwork etc. it didn't feel too bad besides my stomach growls. Thank good ness for vending machines. The shop also has complimentary water. I attempted to use the vending machine and my item got stuck. Instead of making me call the vending machine number the kind lady working the front desk offered me her twix. I thought that was so kind and it helped me survive the rest of the transaction. Warranties and all are very clearly marked and some cars are as is, They do go through a smaller inspection but you have a certain amount of time to bring the car back. There are also some certified pre owned as well as new if you are looking for that. All in all it was hands down the best dealership experience I've had in 20 plus years. Best part my daughter left beaming and so cute in her new car.

I bought my Kia Soul here two years ago and recently just got a Toyota and is my favorite dealership to go because the staff is so nice (unlike other deal shops I've been to). Dave W. was such a nice guy and helped me get a great deal on my Camry. He made my second experience here easy, quick, and helped me get a reliable car that I wanted. Super great service! Would recommend or come back in the future just because of the great customer service. Thanks Dave!

I brought in my truck to sell after months if being contacted by multiple dealerships. I moved to Arizona a few years ago from Nevada and had never changed my plates, Nevada plates expired in 2019, right before the pandemic and we rarely drove this truck anyways so we never got the truck registered in Arizona. I take my truck in and they give me what feels like a pretty fair offer, just enough to pay off the loan which is all I was really looking for as we're getting ready to move states again, I agree to the offer and leave the truck with them over the weekend. Received a call today saying that because the vehicle is not currently registered, they won't buy it. I've never heard of anything like that and it feels like such a weird rule. There's tons of proof that it's my truck including previous registration, proof of insurance, proof of ownership on my loan but they say I can register the vehicle first to sell to them. Why should I have to shell out hundreds of dollars to register a vehicle I don't drive and want to get rid of? Maybe my scenario isn't super common but beware to those in my same situation. Steer clear of this place.
