Jesse saved me and my daughter! He went above any job description to make sure we were not stranded. I could never thank him enough ! Please give him a raise! He didn’t have the battery we needed but he found it at another auto zone. I arrived at the Gilbert/Chandler Heights location 1 min to closing and got the battery-although the men at that store rolled their eyes and grumbled at having to check me out right at 9pm. He also told me no way he was installing it as he was off work starting now. Made me carry the heavy battery out myself, locked the door and left us stranded in the dark parking lot. I called Jesse back to thank him for finding the battery and let him know I got it! and Jesse came to where we were stuck at the other auto zone with a dead battery and changed it !!! even tho the store had closed a few minutes prior ! On his own time! He is a hero and I’m forever grateful. We had to leave for Texas first thing the next day. Jesse is the most amazing employee and kind person. Thank you

I’ve never had bad customer service at this location or any autozone location until today. I went in to do a return since I over estimated how much coolant I would need, I had one bottle to return. The store manager, Mike told me he couldn’t look it up from my autozone account (phone number), even though I was told when I bought it they could. Then while I was speaking to this man, he answered the phone and commenced to have an entire conversation with someone about a tire run! I pointed out how rude that was and he looked at me dumbfounded. Don’t know how he could be store manager with absolutely zero customer service skills, while his name badge reads “customer satisfaction”. This customer is not satisfied, especially since as soon as I left I remembered my receipt was sent through an email. I would think the store manager could’ve offered more assistance and mentioned maybe it would’ve been an email. He simply didn’t want to help.

I asked for help on a lightbulb and asked for help to get the burnt out one from my car and the guy was a complete jerk and I went and did it myself. Horrible customer service.

They were very thorough in replacing my battery. They made sure that it was my battery and not my alternator. They charged a battery and it was my battery and the gentleman who waited on me. I didn't get his name but he was went the extra mile took out the battery and he also replaced it and put it in and then I was on my way. I recommend AutoZone.

The battery warranty sucks. 2 years into warranty (3 year warranty) - they kept checking and rechecking and never want to replace it, when two separate independent shops said battery volt is bad. Its our meter says James but its there meter (sure it is hacked to suit there needs) - NEVER GETTING A BATTERY

AutoZone is a DISHONORABLE company, they don't honor the warranty on their own products. Don't buy from them, they refused to honor the warranty on a battery from 2/21 claiming they couldn't find it in their computer. Buy your batteries from COSTCO.

Entered and was immediately greeted by a highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff member, sadly they didn't have my needed part in stock.After a computer search l was directed to the next nearby store who did have my needed part in stock.A refreshing example of true customer service at it's finest.This is an establishment I'd highly recommended visiting.

I consider myself lucky to be a mile away from Auto zone. From getting a new battery to replacing my wiper blades they have helped me with all my cars.

I needed one quart of oil for my car. I then remembered I needed a funnel but they were somewhat expensive.I would like to highlight Javier Bolanos who told me not to worry about it and had a used funnel he found to save me some money.He also filled it for me in my car. I did not even have to ask him to do this, what a great man.Great service, was not expecting this. Thank you!! Made my day.
