i just visited this office to get a small but important matter resolved. Relationship Banker Andrea greeted me warmly, then introduced me to Financial Center Assistant Manager Laura, who took time from her busy schedule to listen to my needs and offer valuable suggestions, then referred me to Senior Banker Margarita, who quickly re-issued me a new PIN. But upon discovering I was planning to set up a foster kids and animal rescue charity, she also offered to expertly advise me on the often complex financial issues of doing so to insure that I’d be successful. (Reminded me of how back in the Covid days, another representative here cut through all the red tape to enable me to help impoverished youth overseas get an education. And more recently, someone else assisted in my creating a special wedding gift for a friend. Talk about a “full-service bank”!)All the people I’ve dealt with at BOA — including online — have been very friendly and competent. Hope upper level management recognizes and rewards their exemplary performance!!

Came to get help. Only chance to get something done for our business account while parents were in town. They weren’t willing to allow me in because they were full even though I had signed in that day. Very unhelpful and not understanding. Disappointed.

I’m really disappointed in this branch and ultimately bank of america as a whole. I had waited on the phone for 2 hours of transferring back and for between specialists with the end result of me coming in to this branch. This branch ended up having me wait on the phone for another hour until I was helped. Margarita Alvarez Alvarado was the associate helping I sat at her desk for an hour.and Sonny Martinez was the previous manager/associate helping

I go every Saturday and the line is ridiculous, asked the manager if they are short and he replied no we have two tellers. Clearly customer satisfaction is meaningless or they would see the need for a third. Watched several people leave. Just silly

I went in, was waited in right away and they were awesome. Ricardo helped me get what I needed done, was super patient with me as he talked me through the process and I was out the door in no time. ps. If you go in December everyday it’s a different Xmas sweater : I mean come on what’s not to like.

They have 4 bankers. But one of the four only works business accounts.They also have the most confusing driveway to find parking close to the branch.

Went there a few weeks ago with an issue I couldn’t get resolved right away, and whomever attended me was nice enough to give me a temporary solution. When I went back to actually resolve the issue, I was referred to a banker (Amid) who grabbed my ID and without a word took it to the back to make copies of it without giving me any explanation whatsoever. His manager who was there next to him, validated his process and didn’t seem to care about how inappropriate that was, (and I’m going to check about the legality behind that), but I obviously got upset. I should explain that the very reason I was there was due to identity theft. So Amid’s action did not make me feel any better, or comfortable for that matter. And when I explained to the manager, Juan Ortiz Jr., he brushed it off and proceeded to treat me as if I was a thief, and that if I essentially wanted my money back and to close that account, I would have to call rather than have their physical help. Why does BofA pay them for, including that big establishment if they are going to deny people and refer them to a banker over the phone? Does that make any sense to anyone? Or is it that they know they should not have treated me the way that they did and now are so embarrassed that they can’t help me? Completely unacceptable.

I have BofA accounts, this branch refused to make a photocopy of my passport and apply a notary stamp to certify it. Just so others know not to ask for that.
