Lobby leading is a excuse to not actually HELP clients.I needed some help, no line, no heavy congestion, and was essentially refused a service that would have taken about 5 minutes to resolve. My options were to call into the customer service which would have taken FOREVER, or wait for a banker that had two other customers waiting.Why would I "reward" a banking center with "new money" for a check that was too big to be taken via remote deposit, when they wouldn't spend 5 minutes actually helping a "high value" customer.

I have Bank of America accounts, however this branch was unwilling to make a photocopy of my passport & apply a notary stamp to certify the copy.

Came in without an appointment to setup a checking account. Didn't have to wait long. The lady that helped me (Naas)was very nice and helpful.

The banker messed up the account number and it showing negative on my account since then. They said it is system error but cannot fixed it after a month. I have to been there five times, don’t know what’s going on. What if the bank give you extra money, they will fix it within 24 hours. But the bank takes your money, and how long takes for fixing that? More than a month. Unbelievable.

employees at this bank did not know how to complete a digital ID verification so we could open a checking account for my son. Had to wait 20min to meet with clerk and start the process over, scrapping application that took 30min to fill out online. Complete waste of time.

Stole money from me. Said everything going on with my account is fraud and I’m liable. Will never ever ever recommend BofA again whatsoever. Screw them.

I had an appointment and no one from the bank seem to bother about the appointment. Was still waiting for 10 15 mind to see what's going on. Nothing happened. For this time I should have went to chase and opened an account instead ? Nothing specially horrible, it's just another Bank of America

Visited this bank on 7/23/21 and was disappointed. First of all, nobody even acknowledge you are waiting in their waiting area. I sat there for almost 15 minutes and one guy in the office was busy doing who knows what. I decided to approach the teller with what I needed. She tried to help but indicated that a “BANKER” will be the one to help. I left, went to another branch and got what I needed. I was even greeted at the door when I stepped in. This is the branch on Riggs Road/Dobson.

I experience an extremely rude male teller at this branch. I went in to get out money and gave them all necessary information to get out my money. Male bank teller started lecturing me on not having my cell phone with me and they almost denied me getting out my money even though I provided several legal forms of identification. Very rude especially to a customer with multiple assets under bank of America. I am through with B of A and their customer service. Bank elsewhere!

I have been to this location multiple times and they go out of their way for their hispanic customers but if you are caucasian, they are very rude to you and make it very difficult to want or endure business with them. I would stay far away from this branch and my next step is file a form discrimination complaint.

i walked into this branch few days ago hearing another person complaining about one of the employe being unprofessional and extremelyRudely towards to another customer while the branch manager was standing right there so I decided to leave I felt bad for that person experience that kind of rudeness towards him.The negative attitude of the teller to the unprofessional service from the individual at the front is unappealing. This location has taken their customers and business for granted. A very sorry state of affairs at this location.
