Long story short, I tried getting a new card sent to me. The people on the phone got this wrong in multiple different ways, they got the wrong address, twice, ended up canceling and shipping a different card of mine etc etc. Well, clear the phone calls aren't working, I know have to go in and speak with a human. I do, and I go to this bank, taking time off work to go deal with a problem that should have been dealt with over the phone. Well the manager at this location was entirely unempathetic, trying to find ways for this to be my fault and being condescending the whole time. Sir, I am only here because your company failed to get this right 4 times already, how dare you act like im wasting your time. It is exactly the opposite. This location needs a new manager.

I was saddened to learn the manager wasn't working here anymore. He has been helpful in the past, and there was no one that could help me. I have been working for the same company for over 20 years. I deposit my checks every 2 weeks. Around every 3 months, I get an email saying they are holding my check, because they have a suspicion it will be returned. My checks have never been returned, not in 20 years. My bills are now being paid late, it's costing a lot of money n late fees. I deposited my check on the 10th, the bank is holding my check until the 20th. The manager has been able to verify the money is received and clear my check. I have spent hours on calls, and they never help. The only person I could ever depend on is gone.

Went in to close my brother’s account since he passed away . The banker was very rude and show no interest in helping after coming to the branch twice.

I went there today to open a new account. All staff were so respectful, I had no appointment but luckily they had time and took me in right away. Brian helped us out, he was very knowledgeable and respectful.

INCREDIBLY unhelpful and unprofessional. They’ll promise you to send email/help resolve your issue and then do actually NOTHING about it. I’ve had nothing but bad experience with Mr.Brian and Ms.Lena here who will promise anything and then walk it back with no professionalism.

Manager was rude and inattentive. Stood in a empty bank for 5 minutes before someone, who actually worked there even spoke to me. Very odd experience. Would not recommend, left feeling extremely uncomfortable.

I made an appointment yesterday, for 2:30 pm online for my son to open an account. There’s 3 bankers here. One is a male setting up another account for another person. I see a woman sitting at her desk on the computer and a woman walking around. I’m so irritated with all these banks in my area. There’s no water to drink. I’m beyond irritated. Absolutely terrible service so far. Very disappointed
