So my wife went to get her diabetic medicine with her BOA credit card and was denied because BOA put a block on the card. We've never misses a payment in all the years we've had a cc with BOA. BOA said it was a protection because the $496 dollars was to large of a purchase. Again this is what my wife's diabetic medicine cost. So my wife left the pharmacy without her diabetic medicine. When the following day I tried to pay my monthly payment to BOA, which I've never missed is all the years I've had a BOA card, your system now would not allow me to pay because our account had now been blocked by your company. So now my wife could not get her diabetic medicine and we could not pay our monthly BOA cc bill due to being "blocked"by your company. When I called to pay I was sent to your fraud protection department there in Arizona. The woman who answered the phone got angry with me and refused to talk with me as I tried to explain to her what was going on with the blocking of our cc account. She only became more angry, said she would not listen to me and hung up. This was a horrible experience and with the heart trouble's I have put alot of stress on me and my wife. What a shame that one of your employees who's job is to help customers refused to help and simple hung up on me. My name is Mark Lawrenson, Ladonna is my wife.

They changed the policy on my 401k account and closed it themselves, costing me $20 in termination fees and 10% of my balance due to the federal early distribution tax while refusing to let me roll it over. Don't let them see your money.

Sold real estate and have inherited money wanting to invest. Called Bank of America Merrill edge representative that spoke to him about opening a personal IRA First from inherited funds and about $1 million I have to invest from real estate transactions. The gentleman said sorry we can’t Open a IRA for you you must do it yourself online going through all the documents to the computer. Not a personal representative to help me decide. Couple hundred thousand and bonds, Million in real estate, And need help for a personal IRA so I don’t have to pay taxes this year. I guess they don’t want my business.

Opened an account and could not get money transferred from my bank account into Merrill Edge. It took the third person that I spoke with for them to tell me that there was a $50,000 limit on transfers.

Nason Bouche should have his license revoked. He lied to me in advising that I should open my account through an improper channel so that he could get a higher level of credit towards his performance metrics. He showed no shame, and further asked if I had any additional accounts to move over as well.

Got an email saying I was approved. Was able to make online access to my account. After a week or so they disabled my online access due to their company having to much fraudulent activity. Why should everyone else have to suffer because others are being scammed. Will be closing my account today. No point of having it if I can't even access my OWN ACCOUNT because of their personal issues.

I went to this location and the lady Gabby who works here is awesome, she knew that I was on my work scheduled break and she helped me as fast as she could with helping me get a New debit card. She deserves a promotion

HOME LOAN REFI: They give you this "Conditional Loan Approval" letter and you think you're nearly home. Think again, especially if you're foolish enough to pay a fee of nearly $800 for an appraisal of the property. Once they have you locked in with that payment, the Underwriters take over and begin sharpening their knives. They'll dig and carve into your personal finances so deep you'll think you're having a kidney removed. Get ready to be barraged by requested Letters of Explanation, Comparable Rent Schedules, Unit Development Worksheets, Payoff Demand Statements, Flood Hazard Determinations, Title Search Forms, etc. The Red Tape Tide never abates. Avoid B of A and find another lender.

I've got nothing against this particular branch but I called the three near me and it seems that all of some Bank of America branches don't like to answer their phone... I called today at 12:30 PM and then again at 12:50 PM as I was walking in the door and no one answered the phone. The girl who greeted me at the door said that there weren't enough people working to answer the phone... There's not enough people to answer the phone?... OK, OK, here's a joke... How many Bank of America employees does it take to answer a phone...
