Had an excellent experience at Bassett Furniture, Chandler location. It was a more of a "laid back" experience than anticipated. I purchased the blue stone round table top and love it. My sales consultant was Yelena Wilkinson and she was friendly, patient, not "pushy" in any way. She understands how to coordinate which was really helpful in understanding space for size and color decisions. She also offered different perspectives of how to match styles, etc, and had suggestions/contacts for other house items not related to Bassett furniture.

This place is fabulous!!! I stopped in with a ridulous set of specifications for a piece of furniture with an insanely small budget. Dawn and Katie warmly greeted me and then bent over backwards helping me. I really appreciated that they didn't make me feel foolish for my small budget or my laundry list of needs. We didn't find the piece today but I know we will. I'll for sure be back!

We purchased the Bassett Wilton sectional about three months ago. While we love the size and design of the sectional, we are disappointed with the quality of the fabric. After three months of gentle use, we already notice significant pilling of the fabric which makes it look much older and worn. If you do some searching online, you will see that this is a common issue that Bassett dismisses as 'normal wear.' We've purchased furniture elsewhere and have never seen this issue. Given the cost of this item, we expected better quality fabric.

My wife and I had been on a multi year hunt for the perfect couch. I am not an easy customer and hate being sold to. We happened to be in the east valley and saw a Bassett Home Furnishings location next to a place we were volunteering at. We stopped in and Liana was the first design consultant we met. She gave us a ton of space, checked in on us as we walked the showroom, and periodically offered us answers to our questions with knowledgeable and quick responses. She quickly won my trust that I was not being sold but being helped. This all happened on a Friday and she offered to come to our Avondale home on Sunday just 2 days later. She came over and had a few different color swatches and helped us choose the best couch for our living room. This was probably the best experience I have had while making a large purchase. This was not an inexpensive couch by any means but the experience and quality of the materials made it so worth it. I would recommended this company and Liana every time. Thank you so much!

My wife and I visited Basset on a whim, and was greeted by Glen, super easy going, and had great design insights to the color story of our space, and suggested a couple of things we could do to freshen up our space. Just picked up a couple of lamps, and accent pillows. Would definitely come back, great selection of made to order upholstery sectionals, solid wood US case goods. Parking is a bit crowded, worth checking out.

Ok, let me first start by saying... WHO KNOWS so much about furniture as my Designer, LIANA does!!! I went in looking homeless coming from yoga and from helping a friend and the employees here, still treated me with respect! Awesome crew here! This beautiful human with a great soul who has a great personality, knew EVERYTHING that there is to know about designs, shapes, colors, name brands etc and she didn't miss a beat!!! Impressive!!! I am truly amazed and impressed with all that I've learned from Liana. She deserves to become the MANAGER, CEO of this establishment or better yet... she could own her own Store! Liana is professional and courteous. I absolutely loved the "no peer pressure" and the honest and great input on designs and patterns, which makes me definitely happy to work with her. This store is inviting and glamorous without making one feel out of place. Everything was clean and neat and unlike some furniture stores where things look worn. This is definitely the go to store!!! You get what you pay for and this store spills out class and elegance when it comes to textures designs and style. Liana took time, she went over all of the great deals on my new looks that I'm aiming for. I couldn't be happier to work with her. She's able to go over patterns and colors that you want. This is the place you'd go if you want to customize your own looks. I'm so happy that I was able to go here! I'm looking forward to upgrading and updating a new vibe in my happy space. I forgot to ask for swatches of my designs while there,( if they even offer) but overall, it was a fun ordeal.Come on guys...make this the starting point of your New 2023 goals...shop with Liana Clemente at Bassett. Tell her that I sent ya!

The furniture seems to be of good quality so far but the one recliner did arrive with the back not working. Fortunately my hubby was able to determine what was wrong and fix it. If you pay this much money, as Bassett is very expensive, I expect my furniture to arrive in working order. Also, the measurement fee is way too high, although Lisa claimed it was competitive. Personally, I think $200 for 5 minutes of work is gouging especially when other stores not only charge less but apply it to the end purchase price.

We purchased a loveseat that was delivered in June 2022. Something internal that supported the arm either broke or became dislodged leaving a large dent in the arm. To our surprise, Bassett is not standing behind its product and is charging us to fix the defective arm. It should be covered under a manufacturer's warranty given delivery was 6 months ago but apparently, it is not. We purchased the extra protection plan for $199. However, after inspection, Bassett said the broken piece is not covered under the home protection plan either. Buyer beware.

Katie was super nice. We are in the market to get new furniture, not ready to buy yet, and she still took time to keep us figure out what we liked, and went over all the options with us, i also like how we did all questions she did not know the answer to and she went to someone to get us the answer vs give us an answer she thinks we wanted to hear.

I doubt I will ever buy from the Chandler location again. So far after almost 4 months I have yet to receive the last piece of the order and only received the 2 lamps I fully paid for in Dec just a couple of weeks ago. The delivery of my $1600 rug was some driver throwing it up against my house as it was a rag doll not caring whether they damaged the stucco or the rug. I did receive another portion of my order about a month ago only to be told that they broke one of the pieces. That piece was reordered and now 2 months later I am still waiting on delivery. If I had know it would take a half of a year to get something even after it was paid in full I would have never done it. Buyer beware with this location or with Bassett as well. Really wanted to support American made but this is ridiculous.

We had purchased a new sectional for our new home from this location and decided to support local American-made furniture by selecting Bassett for their quality and workmanship. We were willing to pay the extra cost for this since we thought they would be great quality. Upon delivery of the furniture (after waiting 10-12 weeks for it) within a few months (5), the color started to degrade and we had followed all requirements by the manufacture per their user manual and care maintenance kit to keep the furniture long lasting and protected by using window treatments to avoid direct sunlight exposure. The furniture still degraded with discoloration within five short months of this year (2020). Upon contacting the merchant (Bassett), they were not willing to help us (the customer) on issuing a credit for replacing the newly purchased furniture for a new set or even offering any sort of cleaning or replacement of the discolored fabric. Corporate management didnt even call us back after they said they would. This is very unprofessional.Per their warranty, discoloration is NOT an exclusion for their fabric material furniture and should be covered. The discoloration should not be happening and we have followed all manufacturer's recommended care and maintenance. There is no sun exposure on this furniture as our home is a North-South exposure and we have a covered patio and all windows have window treatment.We are very disappointed in Bassett because we selected them for their top quality and workmanship. We will be also writing a review on all other online review platforms to describe our bad experience with them.
