Very friendly, took the time to help me through understanding what was going on with my Jetta and how they rectified the issue. CLEAN, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY. They did not overcharge me and did not try to upsell me. If you care about your car just bring it to Beyer Motor Works. 10/10

After calling quite a few shops to work on my engine swapped VW, these guys said they would take a look and they fixed the problem in less than a week and for a price I couldn't believe. Thank you guys so much for getting her back on the road ?

Not a trusted shop!!! Can't imagine how much they take advantage of other women or elderly people. Went in for an oil change and was told i needed $5,000 of work done to my Mercedes. Went to a professional shop (that was highly recommended) for a second opinion and told them what these people said I needed and they were appalled. Once they checked everything, they said 99% of what these people said was wrong, was an absolute lie and sounded like these people just needed a check. DO NOT go here unless you want to be donating money or be SCAMED!

Doug and his team did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. I’m not from the area, but here temporarily from work, so when my AC wasn’t working the first thing I did was go to the dealership (this was on a Friday). Little did I know that the dealership service was backed up a month, and even if I did scheduled an appointment they couldn’t guarantee that they would be able to look at it let alone leave my vehicle there for a week. I have always had luck with small specialty auto repairs shops. I came across Beyer Motor works and drove to their shop. They were able to do a diagnostic on my vehicle and informed me my AC compressor went out. I was able to get my vehicle in right away the following week. I now have AC ? that works

Finally found a local shop that is super honest, has awesome services along with frequent communication updates through our entire car service experience. From checkin, through service diagnostics, recommendation of sensible repairs, to the final pick-up, Beyer Motor Works is the real deal!!! They always take care of us and all our vehicles regular services and repairs. We have recommended our family and friends, they too agree.

Straight up scam was quoted $600 for a compression test called legend luxury automotive said they can do it for $300 lady was very rude and disrespectful to me do not recommend these people

I asked them to replace starter on my BMW 528i on the phone because my can could not start. They gave me the price. I towed my car to their shop. They made a copy the other shop's diagnostic to replace starter. They know very much what was the problem. After fixing it for $1252.53 ( dealer price $1158), they also charge me for their diagnostic ($149.99). I am so upset about about that charge because:
1) I already paid other shop for diagnostic to know the problem.
2) I am their customer for long time. They fixed so many thing for me in the past. I though they are good so I paid the tow to bring my car to their shop, but they are bad - only money, does not care customer.
3) I fixed it , so they should waive for diagnostic charge.
I think their business is not good or maybe management changed and they are hungry for money now. They never charge me for diagnostic before.
If you need oil change or something else, be carefully for the extra charge. I will not come back to their shop anymore.

I have had the folks at Beyer handle some pretty big projects on my Porsche Cayman. Fair and honest would be my best description. Doug up front does what he says he's gonna do and means what he says. No B.S. and Scott, the master tech who works on my car wont leave till done right! Above and beyond with these guys!

Had an awesome experience! It’s rare to feel super happy when you leave the mechanic, but I did this time! My Mini had some major issues and I expected it to break the bank. Suzi and Doug and the team took such good care of us. New motor mounts which required a lot of extra work, my wheels were bent, my engine light was on, and I needed to get back on the road for a big summer trip. They took such great care of me and it didn’t break the bank. Everything came in way below the dealer quote. They did way more than the dealer would’ve, and it cost way less. I am so grateful for these amazing people. Suzie makes a great cup of coffee too! Thanks Faure the great customer service! You guys rock!!! ???✨

If you own a Mini cooper, think twice about bringing your car here. They say they are a BMW, Mini specialist but really they are a BMW specialist as they don't have any certified Mini mechanics. Brought my 2008 Mini here for a check engine light and Beyer could not figure out how to fix a check engine light.

Definitely recommend as I though it would be easy to fix an oil leak on my Mini Coupe JCW myself, and unfortunately I ended up breaking a bolt off in the head of the engine. I sent them a message and they were happy to take on the work and did an amazing job fixing my mistake and completing the job, excellent work.
