Dana is incredible. She created an hour of stretching and strength training to help me get stronger and more flexible in my second trimester. Her patience in explaining the correct posture and breathing was invaluable to me. Highly recommended!!!

I have been training with Dana for over six years now, and love the consistent results I get from working with her. She listens to her clients, understands how to work around injuries, and knows how to motivate clients of all ages. Love her enthusiasm and fitness regimes setup for my body type. I enrolled for the private training and I m loving every bit of it. Dana is amazing and a true inspiration to stay fit and healthy! :)

LOVE BFIT4LIFE! The classes are great and the coaches are so awesome. This gym, the coaches and fellow members have become a part of my extended family. I'm so happy I found a place that I can get a great workout and be surrounded by such amazing people. Thank you Dana!

I walked into BFit4Life, tired, overweight and looking for a change. I had been at another boot camp for over 6 years and I was tired of doing the same exercises every week, sometimes twice in the same week. I signed up for the 6 week challenge, thinking if I don't like it, I am only committed for 6 weeks. That 6 weeks has changed my life...I can't thank Dana (and all the trainers) enough for the encouragement and motivation. Needless to say, I am now a full time member and well on to meeting my personal goals thanks to the BFit Family.

This is my 7 th day at BFIT4LIFE bootcamp and I'm really feeling it right now! Especially since I wasn't excersizing at all. The coaches are all encouraging and want you to get it done the correct but safe way so that you don't hurt yourself. I'am 53 yrs old and really proud to be working out with the people and coaches. I was nervous about it but they will tell you just get to the gym! just get to the gym that's the number one thing the first step once your there you just press! I want to thank you to the coaches I'm so glad I sign up and are now participating in your camp.
