My experience at this car dealership left me quite disappointed. One major concern I had was that Ray insisted on finalizing a deal before allowing me to test drive the car. This approach raises a huge red flag ? for me. In my opinion, test driving a car should be an essential part of the car-buying process, as it allows customers to assess the vehicle's performance, comfort, and suitability for their needs.

I’ve never had such a bad experience with a dealership before. They credit checked me multiple times after I told them to stop. Decided in house financing. What they didn’t tell me is this was a stolen vehicle and now I can’t get insurance any where. Multiple things have been broken on this truck since the day we brought it off the lot. They hid damage on the dash by a dash mat. horn doesn’t work and hasn’t worked, locks don’t work, had to take it back to them 3-4 times to have them fix multiple things until they weren’t even being fixed and we’ve had to take it to a shop since. Their finance lady Michelle is very rude and unprofessional. The salesman I was working with quit the day I bought the truck, the next salesman quit within a week afterwards as well.

Did app online Bryan followed up right away ask what I was looking what I had for deposit asked me when I could go in and we schedule appointment. He right away had vehicles I could walk out with. Found these guys on true car. Steve L. handled my sale, was very professional and helpful and understanding. Didn’t pressure me, genuinely wanted to help me upgrade to a bigger truck. Dealership gave me a good trade in value for my old truck. First time going to a used car dealership and I enjoyed it.

Worst buying experience I ever had, got car with 2mm of brake pads so they don't do the inspection they claim, a/c cutting in n out, had car for almost 2 weeks, claim a/c is fixed and it's not, lies from sales person, just in general a bad sales team, manager and business, go to drive time or somewhere where you're treated like a paying customer and not a burden!!! Update... refinanced car at a way better rate, and they fought all the way right down to getting our gap insurance refund, again DO NOT BUY HERE... BETTER DEALS AND RATES EVERYWHERE ELSE.

No issues with sales or the manager. The entire process was smooth given our situation. I would just advise thoroughly checking everything out mechanically before buying. First, our a/c stopped blowing, which they were more than willing to make it right and get it fixed. Day after delivery our vehicle started overheating. Again, they were willing to fix the problem. I'm weary of the "auto techs" hired and their knowledge of how to diagnose and fix vehicles. Blower motor was replaced per technician diagnoses and here we are with the air randomly coming on and off. Turns out the wiring is shorting out causing it to shut off. I would think that would be one of the first things checked and certainly could have saved some time and money for the dealership as well as us.

Let me first start off by saying this car buying experience was the easiest I’ve ever had, I reached out to Bryan on Tuesday asking about a Chevy Silverado, I am located in San Diego so I asked for numerous videos and pictures to which I received in a very timely and professional manner. I stated I wanted the truck and would buy a plane ticket ASAP, I arrived Thursday morning to Phoenix and Bryan personally picked me up from the airport! Once I arrived to the dealership he handed me the keys and told me to take it for a spin around the block and the truck was even better then the videos had shown. I was blown away there were no surprises like you hear about with the horrors of dealerships, Big3 was honest with me and in turn I was as well with my budget, even though the truck was undoubtedly worth their asking price he worked his magic and got it within my budget and for that I’m extremely greatful, I was able to achieve my dream truck and it 100% would not of been accomplished without Bryan’s help and honesty. Anyone thinking about buying from this dealership I support them with my money and look forward to purchasing from them again. Just in case you’re wondering the truck made it back from Phoenix to San Diego in 110° weather 6 hours straight with ZERO issues, also the AC was blasting the entire time and I didn’t even know it was that hot outside. As cheesy as it sounds this place has Great People, Great Vehicles and Great Prices.

WORST. CAR BUYING. EXPERIENCE. EVER! Do not go to Big 3 Automart in Phoenix if you expect to be treated with respect, be taken care of as a customer and get a good deal. Furthermore, the manager STOLE $313 from me after the sales process! Read on to find out how. I flew into AZ from CO to buy a Tesla Model 3 from these guys. I did appreciate that unlike other dealers, they agreed to hold the car for 24 hours without a deposit. But that's where the niceties end. First off, the pics the salesman sent me showed a filthy car inside and out. When I arrived, they gave it a quick wash and a half-way decent wipe down. Seriously, you're trying to sell a $30k car and you don't even get it detailed?! After excitedly looking over the vehicle the dealer comes out and tells me I can take the car out but not get a real test-drive because the day before, they realized the Tesla was stuck in "valet mode". That basically means you can't drive over 70 MPH, the acceleration is dramatically choked down in "chill mode" and the seats can't be set to your specs. Worse, they knew this for over a day, had me fly out anyway. When we talked about how to fix it they said, "...we don't know anything about Tesla's so YOU need to get in touch with Tesla to fix it". YEAH - these assholes actually put it on ME to figure out how to solve the issue so I could drive the car and sell it to myself. After nearly 4 hours I did get it sorted out with Tesla Service and was OK buying the car and driving it back to Colorado. So, I said to the sales guy, let's talk about price because after this experience you definitely need to come down a bit. Nope! The manager Dominic refused to budge a single dollar!! I walked into his office laughing, "You gotta be kidding me! After this terrible experience spending all morning fixing your mistake, you're not going to negotiate on price at all?!" He claimed that he was already barely breaking even at the near $30k price tag and without even looking up from his computer screen, rudely said, "...I'll take $90 off so you can feel like you win here". Dominic's conduct and mannerism was down-right shocking and disrespectful. I wanted the car badly and bought it anyway. Fast forward a couple months and it's time to register the car and my local county clerk tells me I overpaid $313 in taxes. The dealer collected too much sales tax and my only remedy is to get them to pay it back. Of course, Dominic refused to send me a penny saying his hands were tied. No surprise there, but it truly sucks to be taken for a chump and then robbed of several hundred dollars more, months down the line to be reminded of what a horrible company and person I had to deal with to get my dream car.

The seller was very nice but I refused AND DID NOT SIGN THAT APPLICATION to buy the car because we couldn't make a fair deal. Well I found in my mailbox a letter about denied auto credit what tells they search my credit history and cr.score and they still use my SSN even if I refused to buy that car which reminds me that I urgently need to take this letter to the lawyer I have to check if my application was in safe place and if is STILL in safe place.????? I'm writing this review to warn future potential buyers that their SSN and cr. score will always be available even if they change mind about buying a car !!!!! BUT JUST IN CASE I HAVE TO BRING THIS LETTER TO A LAWYER TO PROTECT MY IDENTITY .

THANK YOU STEVE!!!! After weeks and weeks of not being able to find the right car, unhelpful/rude salesman, and dishonest dealerships, I FINALLY found this one! Steve responded to all my calls and messages right away and even guided me through the start of some of the process over the phone to save my time! He helped me find exactly what I wanted and even got me discounts along the way. I wish I started here first. I wasted soooo much time elsewhere. I'm gonna recommend this place to everyone! Thanks again!!!
