Do NOT purchase any firearms from this company. They do not support 2A rights, and will allow federal delays indefinitely, not honoring the Brady Law and holding onto your money until they absolutely have to return it. Do not pay cash! Had to wait multiple days to be reimbursed for my purchase due to a lack of funds on their end. They have no problem taking your money, but god forbid if you wanted it back. Tell everyone you know, don't waste your time purchasing guns here. As an American and veteran, I'm disgusted with this company. They'll never see a dime from me again. Big 5, just stop selling firearms.

As the twilight of the day set and the clock ticked ever closer to Chandler Big 5's closing hour, I embarked on an 11th-hour quest for the elusive river shoes. With merely 10 minutes on the countdown, it felt like a race against time. Enter Connor, the knight of footwear, who, with unmatched efficiency, led me through the aisles in our gallant quest. But the adventure didn't end there. As we approached the final hurdle, Obi, the guardian of the cash register, greeted us with an enthusiasm so radiant, it could have lit up the darkest caverns. With swift hands and a jovial spirit, he ensured our journey concluded on a victorious note. This wasn't just shopping; this was an epic tale of dedication and zeal. Hats off to Obi and Connor - the legendary duo of Chandler Big 5. In a world of ordinary, they were the extraordinary! Adventure awaits at this store, fellow travelers. Highly recommend!

The food had a beautiful and refreshing salad or crudités, featuring a variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, and dressings for a light and healthy appetizer.

ZERO help! 5 kid employees all standing around talking & don't even acknowledge you when you come in. We had to go up to the front of the store twice to ask for help. Then someone went to check for a size & I guess didn't find anything so he just went back up front & starting talking again & didn't even let us know... like he forgot what he was doing?? Just sad. It's not like they were busy with the 3 customers that were in the store!

This is our neighborhood sporting goods store. Literally every time we go in the store the employees are less than helpful. They are always messing around and talking with each other and never attending to customers. I went in there to grab some tennis balls and the shelf price said one thing and the balls said something different. I disputed it with the cashier and instead of him walking me to verify the price he had me take a picture with my phone and come back to show him. This is a prime example of every experience I have in this store.

Forget the Big 5 store located at 2050 N. Arizona Ave. I went in to buy a replacement pair of Nike running shoes and an exercise bike. It was strictly "self-service" while three employees just off the footwear sales area were chatting away in an office while a senior, a mother with two kids, and myself were all waiting for some assistance from store employees. Eventually, two of the three guys came out, and moved the conversation to the front of the store with the check-out clerk, walking past the customers in shoe sales. Ended up grabbing a pair of Sauconey's and skipped the bike - I'll get that at another sporting goods store. This was my second, and last, such experience at this Big 5 location.
