Had a great customer experience working with Roberto when looking at a CPO car on their lot. Roberto is super friendly and I felt wholly comfortable when interacting with him. I did not end up purchasing but the price offer process at Big Two is straight forward and reasonable.

Worst experience ever of servicing a Toyota vehicle. Had an appointment for 10:20am. No advisor showed up even after 30min past appointment time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this service center coz they don't care about customer time and experience.

An unprofessional person answered the phone with a "What do you want" attitude. No one will ever get my business that way. Maybe don't let your mechanics answer the phone when they're busy trying to fix cars?Instead, I scheduled the brake job with Earnhardt. Unimpressed,JohnG

Vehicles are displayed amongst five themed showroom areas. Guest consultation areas are open and airy. Three roomy customer lounges feature large screen TVs and comfortable seating. An accessories and parts boutique is conveniently located nearby.
