“This was my second time using Caliber, and I’ve been happy each time. Their customer service is exceptional, and I truly appreciate how they work quickly without ever compromising the quality of the repair.
My advisor, Frank, was amazing. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and even managed to get my car back to me a day early.
The front‑desk staff was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She walked me through the insurance process and coordinated my rental with Enterprise. Once my paperwork was finished, she arranged for the Enterprise shuttle, which arrived within 10 minutes. Enterprise also had me in a rental right away.
The service all around was excellent. Caliber Collision really has their process dialed in. I highly recommend them and will definitely return if I ever need repairs again — though hopefully not anytime soon!

“Where do I begin. I hired a mobile auto repair technician to repair a few spots on my Nissan Altima. The spots included a minor scratch on the driver side rear door, a BB gun ding/paint repair on the driver door, and a dent with a 4 inch radius on the back passenger side by the trunk. Long story short, the mobile technician ended up leaving my car with more damage than before and the paint didn’t match the pearl white that I have. After feeling defeated, I decided to take my car in to Maaco for a quote. From the very start, Brian, the GM, was super reassuring that he could take care of and fix the damage that was done without charging me an arm and a leg. I didn’t find any better quotes, so I brought my car in and Maaco quoted me 3-4 days to repair. I was able to pick it up today(day 3) and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. “This is my second time using the services at CTP Auto. He first was in 2021 with a different car that had been in an accident. The seatbelts and airbags had to be recalibrated. This time recently March 2026 working with my insurance company I had to replace my front bumper and work under the front end of the car. “Took my Subaru in to get an oil change and the tires rotated. The service advisor. Justin contacted us said they were running a little behind. It’ll be an hour to an 1 1/2 to 2 hours wait time. After waiting over two hours, I contacted Justin again and he said it would be at least another two hours and that they hadn’t even started on the car yet. Not happy that NO ONE came out to let us know it was going to be another 2 hours. When I made this appointment over a week ago all the times were open. Why even make an appointment when they don’t seem to honor it. All the manager could say was the he was sorry. Also the manager claim that Justin told us it would be a wait time of 3 hours which was a lie. Won’t be going back there again.
UPDATE…UPDATE…..
The next day after this incident I was contacted by Adam Morrison-Vega and Rob Bullard both are service managers. Both requested we give them another chance at taking care of our Subaru. We did but only if they could change the oil, rotate the tires and wash the car with 90 minutes. Well everything was done in less than 90 minutes and both managers couldn’t have been more accommodating and taking care of us. Because of these two gentlemen, we will go back again, and have them take care of our Subaru. Thank you.”

I just picked it up yesterday and I'm not sure that the paint doesn't look just as good today as when I bought the car new over 9 years ago!I've use Auto Image for over 2 decades for ALL my paint work on all my cars, both foreign and domestic, and I do highly recommend this body shop over ALL others. Why? Auto Image, still to this day does prestine paint and body work better than the dealers and at a very fair rate.He also reattached a compromised front bumper, saving $ on having to buy a new one and attached a new front trim guard that looks better than the original.
