I’ve been going to this branch office for last 5 years, maintaining business and personal accounts. The team used to be great until my last visit. The new manager Ms. Marylou Watson was super rude and arrogant. She rushed us and did not let us add a new member to the account because the bank was about to close, 15-20mins remaining. I understand that. However, the manager was super rude to the employee who was helping us notarize documents. She told the employee to rush/hurry up to complete the tasks and said s/he won’t be paid overtime if s/he was required to stay back or put extra time to complete work. The employee was already working as fast as s/he could. Very bad and unprofessional to pass such comments at your employees in front of customers or otherwise as well. So you make your employees work hard, stay late and refuse to pay overtime? Seriously! What a bad work culture and environment the new manager was building. I felt sorry for that employee. Wonder why she was acting very bossy and throwing weight around, very negative vibe. I could literally see the employee unhappy but s/he didn’t say a word and kept calm. I felt sorry for his/her situation.BMO should first train their managers to be humble and kind to their employees and then their customers. Practice the culture you want to see in-house, within the org, first and then outside. Just because you’re a manager you have no right to be rude and arrogant. I didn’t feel like going to the bank after that. One more time I see that, I am sending an email to BMO corporate head office and taking my account elsewhere!

Stay far away for HELOC, will waste 30-45 days of your time when you can go to local CU and close in no more than 8 days with much better offer. They refuse to pick up phone or call back after multiple emails requesting a call from Banker or their branch manager. Save yourself the stress and time. After reading reviews about this local branch, the underwriting and servicing, I’m happy their banker , branch manager and underwriter had no idea how to calculate income. Avoided a train wreck in the making. Unfortunately I had many deals to send them and used my personal loan as a ginuea pig to test their process. Failed miserably

The bank got robbed innit? Then after the robbery occurred I couldn't deposit my check. This was the worst bank experience ever.

Elizabeth Perreault at BMO Harris is a wonderful mortgage specialist. They have some great loan programs for homebuyers and are a true pleasure to work with.

The manager Danielle was very nice. And helped customers with their needs..... then I witnessed Elizabeth springing out of her office.. Making customers feel as if they were with family and helping them with all of their Banker needs.. and the tellers are very professional......

Service is always slow and don't be surprised when you pull up to the drive thru if the teller is more interested in Pinterest than in helping you

I decided to go into the BMO Harris Bank near the Kohl's store where I had been shopping. I hadn't planned to go in but I have not been happy about some of the changes from my "BIG BANK" and thought I'd see what they have to offer for service. It's a beautiful building on Arizona Avenue near San Tan mall. I met with Elizabeth Lo Tempio in her office regarding the benefits of opening an account at this bank. I'm not sure what her title is, but she introduced me to the tellers and greeted customers as friends when they came in and it was a very positive experience for me. Now I'm planning to bring my husband in to meet with Elizabeth and show him the difference between this bank and where we have been banking for many years and who's policies keep changing. I rarely write reviews,,but I thought I'd share this one. Starla Kramer (Chandler AZ)
