Highly disappointed in the service I received from Bob's Furniture. I purchased the white glove installation and multi-year protection coverage on a premium home theater product. The team had no knowledge about the functionality of the theater seating we purchased and unfortunately could not speak any English and I speak no Spanish. Wish I did, but they should have had a bat line to call someone for help.One of the reasons we selected this particular premium model was the heater that was supposed to be part of this fancy seating. It is sitting in my house and still not working. I attempted get this sorted, we tried scheduling a technician for the following week. They provided the date not me, so I asked for two different time slots, and despite our specific request for an 8-10 or 2-5 time frame, we were informed the day before that our window was 10-12.The complete lack of empathy or willingness to assist from everyone involved is just sad. It has now been a week since delivery and I am, stuck with a non-functional home theater seat that promised the world but delivered nothing but frustration. Dear anyone from Bob's that will listen, please call me.For future buyers, I recommend you steer clear of purchasing anything from this store. I'm not sure how you can deliver a non-working product and have complete apathy towards customer satisfaction.

Where do I even begin with the abysmal service I received from Bob's Furniture? Let's start with the white glove installation service. They could not speak any English They should have had an ability to call someone to escalate and translate and they did not. . One of the reasons we selected this particular premium model was the heater that was supposed to be part of this fancy seating. Surprise, surprise--it never worked! Of course the purchase process was easy. Delivery was okay, a bit past the timeframe stated. The delivery team obviously did not check functionality. One of the hinges, for the pullout sofa was not connected, therefore it doesn't work. I called the customer service line, was on hold for 18 minutes, a man answered and I stated my concern, and then he didn't speak, and it was like no one was there so I hung up. A Few minutes later I received an email to sign up for an account to manage my customer service needs. I guess he didn't feel like assisting me. So I contacted the store, they answered fairly quickly, but after I explained my situation, I was on hold for 30 minutes. Very frustrating that the furniture I received was not put together correctly and now I have to spend another day waiting however many hours, for them to arrive to fix the problem. Bobs discount furniture service is at a discounted level for sure. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have never actually purchased new furniture in a store. I have always found stuff online or bought from friends, so this was a bit new for me. I was prepared with what I wanted, as I had been looking online for several weeks. My daughter and I headed to the store so we could feel the quality of what we were hoping to buy and WOW! First, we were greeted by Justin. He was AMAZING and really helped put my mind at ease. He offered me coffee and snacks for my daughter, which was a really nice touch. He helped us find what we were looking for and I felt really good about the whole experience. I was able to get everything I came for and can’t wait to have my items delivered in a couple of weeks. I cannot wait to return for a couple of other items I will need in the future and I’m so looking forward to working with Justin again!

Kassidy was great. She greeted us at the door and just let us know she would be close by to answer questions if we needed her. She answered all our questions and helped us with price comparison for 2 different dining sets we were interested in. Amazing service!! Brooks came over near the end to review and gave us some tips for teh future as he had the same table we picked. Will recommend to others! Thanks for making it so easy for us!!

What can I say, Darien our Guest Specialist was great. No ans I mean no sales pressure whatsoever. My wife and I told him what we needed and boom, showed it to us without trying to upsell. He explained everything including financing. Would I recommend Bob's, most definitely. 10/10 is what we give them!!

Today we stopped at this store as I trying to find a sofa with color (tired of grey, tan or black as that was shown in every furniture store we had stopped in! We were a little hesitant as the Yelp reviews were either one or five stars but as I started to read them it seemed most ones were during Covid and had a lot to do with delivery issues! So we stopped in and met Justin! Now I am a shopper that likes to roam and when I see something I will fine the associate! Justin got that and let me look, answered any questions and was a delight to work with! His no pressure attitude made the sale! We will be back for the bedroom set next! So do not be afraid of negative reviews- they came at a time when the world was grumpy give them a chance!!

This chain is a joke. Ordered sofa during COVID (Sept 2020) and was told 2 months. After 3 delays, the delivery date moved to January 2021. These delays were understandable during the pandemic,however, I was flat out lied to on two occasions. In February 2021, I was notified delivery would occur next day. They contacted that evening and said it didn't get loaded on the delivery truck and they needed to reschedule for later that week. When I heard nothing later that week, I contacted a manager and told it hadn't even left manufacturer and would be 2 months. Two weeks later, received call it would delivered the following day, only to another NO SHOW. Another manager told me it would at least July (4 more months). Had to demand a refund. Never trust this company!! Be honest with your customer base, it can go a long way. Why lie about a delivery date that isn't even possible. I will never step foot into this place again.

I didn't buy anything this time around - but I will say that I love the furniture that I did purchase last year (2022). It's so comfortable and I really do love the adjustable head rests!! I will say that the first set I got had some issues - BUT I had immediate customer service each and every time - they made things right in my book.So - when looking for an individual piece I returned to the store -they didn't have what I was looking for but the same customer service was from the second I walked in the door.

Sold on a white glove delivery service and then they arrive and tell me I didn’t pay for it. I asked the salesman, Tyler, multiple times will take the trash once they set it up? His responses were always yes. I even had my brother with me during the time of purchase. Just bad and poor customer service. If you’re going to follow me around the store the entire time I’m in there at least have the decency to tell me what exactly the cost difference between services. We are talking about a difference of $70 and now I have seven boxes of trash and need to put it together.

Very friendly and helpful all around the store. Explained the company finance options and sale prices of our items. The outlet center is worth a look if you need to save some money, the products might have a few scratches or dings, but still function as needed. Plus can be touched up to make them look great again! Thank you to the warehouse guys that helped load up my truck twice, very much appreciated. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for furniture or rugs.

This is the 1st time ever I have had ZERO Issues when it comes to buying furniture.Online application to finance was insanely easy, the employees who dropped off furniture and assembled were fantastic, the payment options are convenient.I just think I would recommend Bob's to absolutely everyone!I'm not getting paid to write this*** . I truly give my experience 10 out of 10! I'm going to pay off some stuff I ordered and then I am definitely coming back to buy more!!!. I love everything they have in stock!

Please please don’t waste your time and money shopping here, if I could give no stars I would have. Service people are friendly, but they are paid for that. We bought a couch set for $3000.00 and it broke within the first year, and we paid for their “goof proof” insurance. Don’t waste your money we had the recliner break, and the couch middle seat. Turned in the claim, and it’s now 10 months later after the repair man came and said it was fixable both things, but they don’t want to pay to fix it, they will only give us $700. Why oh why can’t people make good stuff, and be honest!

Justin was great! I went to just look at some beds. Justin was very friendly and we had a great time. Met his boss Angela who was great also. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.I walked out with a matress/foundation/frame/mattress protector. 12 months 0% financing
