“I have been doing my taxes with Sun for 5 or 6 years (maybe more) and have always had a good experience. I take my whole family (me and my 3 boys) this place is so amazing and helpful.. I always feel like I'm in and out. Yet.. I never feel rushed.
Im writing my review because of my last visit.. (ive always been happy with them but my last visit went over and beyond my expectations)
I saw Adrian (I believe).. after imputing all my tax information.. I owed money.. and a lot of it.. (it was a simple tax.. married and working) before he had me sign and file .. he started asking me more questions.. he found that I was in school and had student loans.. i didn't have any tax forms from the school (and had no idea it could be used for taxes)
He asked me to login my school site .. and told me places to look for my tax forms.. i couldn't find them anywhere (i started stressing as I couldn't find them and I was taking more of his time) finally he asked to see my phone and started looking himself.. HE FOUND THE FORMS!! After he input this information my owed amount went down enough were my state taxes covered the cost!!

I really couldn't be more thankful for Adrian going the extra mile!! This was more than just saving me all kinds of money!! This was about the fact he cared enough not to just sign and submit .. it was about him asking the extra questions (as I knew nothing about)
