WAY too many time the balls get stuck, or there’s a 180 (gate stuck down) and on top of it all, my BRAND NEW ball already looks like it’s a few years old with all of the nicks from OLD equipment. Once I’m done with my league, I’ll be searching for a totally different establishment.Otherwise the staff is AWESOME! But friendly people won’t fix the damages on my BRAND NEW ball.I’ve only bowled TEN games with this ball and this is what my ball looks like already. ????

Fun activity with the grandkids between school and soccer ⚽️ practice. I think the focus on the shoes and the cost of shoes were high; and the shoes were not in great shape. The shoes were close to $6.00 "TO RENT"; so for two (2) minors and one (1) adult, the mandatory shoes cost $18.00; yes $18.00. To bowl, per game, was under $6.00.A large pizza and pitcher of lemonade were on special and tasted like bowling alley food; the kids loved it.Everything was maintained beautifully. Everyone was so nice and helpful.Discounting the sticker shock on the shoes, it was a very good day, great experience; fun time.....

I will say, this was a very enjoyable experience. I attended a company gathering here with a large group of colleagues. The attendance to our needs via our.groupnpackage were met extremely well. The servers were very attentive. The one thing I was put off by was the high cost of the one beer I had. I knew it wasn't covered within the group package to begin with. The price surprised me nonetheless.

Pins didn't reset completely a couple of times and the ball didn't always return but we still enjoyed bowling there. Shoes are in really rough shape.

We bowl regularly here but this place needs a major overhaul. The bathrooms are terrible and it smells as soon as you walk in from outside. We've eaten once, pizza, I would say don't.

I made a reservation for a lane on a Saturday afternoon for four guests, including shoe rental. The total came to about $135, which seems high, especially given the condition of the place. That covers 1.5 hours of bowling, which they estimate is three games. We walked in, and I was surprised to find that the set-up was for cosmic bowling (low lights, hard to see lane markings). The music was also *blaring* throughout the space. It seemed like it was maybe set at a volume more appropriate for a busier time at the facility but there were only four or five other lanes occupied. The place also had kind of a weird smell, which all four of us independently noted. It's not the most updated bowling technology I've seen, which wouldn't generally bother me, but I was starting to question the price point. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, even laughing at a d*** joke I made to one of the kids in our party during the endless process of picking the correct sized shoes. My biggest gripe was that we had to call for service twice, first because the pins didn't reset and then because the ball return stopped working. The time wasn't added back on to our game, a loss of about 10 minutes. I'm not sure we would have finished the third game even with the ten minutes, but it's frustrating to pay for a set amount of time and then lose a portion of it to things outside of our control. We weren't negligent with equipment or anything. I get that facility issues happen, but shorting me on what I've paid for isn't the vibe. We probably won't be back here. The kids we were with said they've had better experiences other places in the area so if we go bowling again while visiting, we'll defer to their expertise.

BEWARE: The ball return shattered our bowling ball after the attendant forgot to turn on the ball return when we started. After it turned on we heard a screeching noise from the ball return and it spit out our ball cracked, as you can see in the attached pictures. When we asked what they could do to make it right they consistently spoke over us and tried to insist that we must have left the ball in a hot car, despite our attempts to explain to them that the ball has always been kept inside of an air conditioned room and has never had problems with cracks or other damage. We will never be returning to this bowling alley knowing that we risk having our balls ruined without any sort of compensation from the alley who caused the damage.

I had my son's 5th birthday there this past weekend. It was super fun and the staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I had reserved one lane for the kids but they gave us two lanes at the same rate. It is a great place for a kids party!

Lanes, food and customer service are all great! Lanes are typically all working great. I never hesitate to grab some boneless wings and fries! Customer service is always very kind and helpful. A small Atascadero of fun games too! A very enjoyable experience every time I visit.

Usually come here to bowl and there’s always issues with resetting pins constantly. Staff pretty rude and complains when there’s an issue with our lane. Also racist staff, my Filipino friend got denied buying an alcoholic beverage even though he is 21 with a horizontal ID while my White friend got one perfectly fine. Plus on their website it says 14.95$ for unlimited bowling including shoe rental. They charged a shoe charge even after showing their website said shoe rental included. Will not be coming back!!!

Unlimited bowling does not include shoes like the website says. Our bumpers were up, and it took the staff 15 minutes before we had to ask again to help put them down. I got declined for a beer, with them saying there were certain things that looked wrong and weren’t lining up with a real ID even though there is nothing wrong with my ID. Never happened before.
