Rented a Chrysler Pacifica for a long weekend, booked ahead online. The checkin was quick and friendly. The car was just as requested. Clean and ready. No issues throughout. Will definitely use again! Thanks

Budget is honest about their vehicles. I asked for a vehicle that seated 7. The vehicle I received did seat 7 but only had 6 seatbelts. The manager at the Mesa AZ location lied to me. I am having trouble contacting Avis If you are brave enough to rent from them always ask for the number of seatbelts you want!

Horrible. Picked up smoky smelling, dirty Jeep from homophobe. Month later, receive notice we are being charged additional $450.00 for smoke. No one ever smoked in Jeep. "Patrick" from customer service attempted to remind us it is not Avis' fault. Also had very hard time understanding we are both female. Not gay friendly. Not acceptable.

Ok Avis I'm a Presidential member. What does that get? Just a VERY LONg hold on emergency roadside assistance. No way to talk to anyone easily. I have a car with a nail in the tire that I consider unsafe to drive. How long will I be delayed while I have to deal with roadside assistance? Make the experience better than this for your customers.

We picked up our Avis rental last night in Phoenix. The interior of the car is filthy which is as disgusting as it is dangerous during a Pandemic. We tried to clean the interior and the paper towels are black with dug in grime. This isn't just dust - this is dirt and clearly the car hasn't been cleaned in the recent past. Now, the next morning, we're stopped at a gas station because one of the tires is low on air. We've had the car for 14 hours thus far. Needless to say Avis has lost our business. It's also put a pall over the start of our vacation. There's no excuse for a soiled interior in the best of times. And to not check the road worthiness of the car is indefensible.

Rented a suv from budget for 1 week. We drove in up north and my husband noted that there was some issues with it. When we got home I contacted budget and let them know that the car had issues, they confirmed that I could go into a budget location the next morning and exchange it for another suv, after talking to my husband we decide that we just would return the car early and cancel our plans. When we returned the car, I asked for some compensation for our inconvenience and what I was given was a $50 credit on my rental which I had only had for 2 days. So what I was going to be charged for 2 days was $176 and only ($50 credit) was given back to me, (mind you that total rental for 7 days was going to be $239.54). When I asked the clerk if in the notes from the previous call where there any indication of issues wrong with the car and he stated no. I asked him did he want to put the info in the system and he proceed to give me my existing contract to write down the issues, which I now believe the issues that I made them aware of was just thrown away, and the car was clean for the next renter and put back into rotation. Be Aware when you rent from Budget, as we will never rent from them again and will let others know.

Excellent pricing, courteous staff, clear cut, customer-friendly policies! My first time renting from Avis has made me a soon-to-be repeat and very loyal customer. I paid a mere $42/day for a Nissan Sentra and was shocked to discover that no hold was placed on my credit card, no fee for Avis insurance assessed me, and no demand that I use my own auto insurance ever made. There was no shady fine print, no double-talking. My final bill was shockingly exactly as the professional, courteous agent, 'Steven,' who handled my paperwork, said it would be! Thus, I'll be ditching the car rental company which was for so long (20 yrs at least) my go-to and will be using AVIS BUDGET RENTAL from now on! I am so very pleased & impressed! You really should try 'em! TIP: no matter the company, before you rent, always inspect (the vehicle, that is).

David and Barbra were amazing! They have great customer service, (switching out cars) and are very understanding. Rented two cars from them, always clean and have a full gas tank! Will always come here for car rentals. Completely recommend!

Super easy rental! Did a Lyft from airport, car was ready for pick up upon arrival. Very nice car and no hassle rental. Drop off was just as easy then Lyft back to airport. Highly recommend renting here.
