Terrible last experience. Hired new people who are clueless and tried to force my insurance when I never have had to provide my insurance previously… then charged my card $75.00 for a no show. I usually rent from them about once a month but from now on will be going right across the street to uhaul! Budget has better truck but U-Haul has better customer service and is fair!

Good rates. Clean trucks. Easy check out and check in. Lowest cost per mile compared to U-Haul and Penske.

went in and had issues with my card, got some money moved around and had to get some help to get everything taken care of but Davila made sure I was able to get everything and set me up to go. I appreciate the workers helping me out when I needed it.

Reservation made on 11/05/22 for rental on 12/28/22 for a 16’ moving truck. When given the contract for signature the paperwork indicated 12’ and ask to revert the mistake as a 12’ wouldn’t fit my purpose. Lady at front was in a hurry and told us she can’t do nothing and that her manager told her that is what the reservations was. Showed her the reservations and she said it was not valid as her system and manager indicated it was 12’. We tried to let her know about our needs and reservations and she started acting like we were stupid and told take it or leave it. She asked us to leave and called the police under the presumption that we were a treat to her. This racist (yes, racist as she told the police we we Hispanic even when my wife is 100% white) told the police we were assaulting her. 3 cops came. End of the story, we have no moving truck. Budget customer service indicated no record of my reservation even when the lady had a 12’ truck for us and a bad mouth taste with this people that have no clue what customer service is.Avoid this location.

Literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The store employee Davila doesn’t inspect the vehicles and sent us out with a moving truck that had a flat tire, then refused to help us get it taken care of. Roadside assistance is horrible and didn’t make it out for 24 hours to change the tire…. Never again. Pay an extra few dollars and rent from Penske

Very rude & indifferent front desk. All he cared was it was 455 pm, close to his closing time. I reminded him that we all worked beyond our working hours but he couldn't care less.

My second experience was even better than my 1st .I couldn't find a rental car anywhere so I stopped in to see if Michael could help. He was able to get me a nice new suv for the week because of a cancellation. I will not stress myself out again and just go see Michael when u need a car ot truck.moved here from California lost to the area . I called this location to return my truck and spoke with Michael he was so helpful and even waited for me after hours . I apologize that I didnt know they closed at 930 on sunday and he was no that's not your fault . He helped me out and unload a couple of boxes that I forgot inside the truck. I asked him about an uber and he went above and beyond and rented me a car for great price . Now I can get around to get my essentials . Thank you Budget and Michael. Great service .

I just wanna say on behalf of the team here at Zinc.Inc. we do our best in these crazy times we are living in now . The staff is sometimes short and have been working long hours but they do thier best to make your experience a good one. The manager and owner do thier best to make everyone satisfied. Please be patient and understanding of the policys and regulations. We dont make them but we have to enforce them . Also car and truck shortages are something that's going to happen . We do our best to notify upcoming rentals of these mishaps. Again we dont plan it . We do thank you for renting with us and appreciate your business. Have a great day

The truck almost got us into accident. The truck stalls when down shifting on the freeway when slowing down due to constructions. I always have to put on the hazard light and pull over the side of the freeway, just imagine the force of the wind that get pushed to the truck when semi's passes by. The cabin leaks when it rains. The rental office did not inspect the truck prior to renting the truck in Arizona, did not even explained what DEF fuel gauge mean and where to get it. I demand a refund. Don't fall for their 20% discount BS. Rent U-haul or Penske instead.

Reserved a cargo van online in the morning for later that day. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they did not have the vehicle available despite my reservation. They couldn’t refund me on site and I got charged $75 for a no show fee. I had to call an 800 number with an awful automated menu to get a refund, which will take a week to process. Went to U-haul across the street and they saved the day. Just go to U-haul, budget isn’t worth the savings.

First of all my experience here was shocking and surprising. But in the end it worked out great . I wanted to get a head start on loading so I asked to pick up my truck and auto trailer early. The guy tells me sure I can pick up my truck early . We go in and he ask us if we wanted to leave the trailer for tomorrow so we can load it first. I thought it was funny he would offer that but did it anyways . Told us it would be fine and the guy working the next day wouldn't mind in fact he would be happy to do it for us . Well I returned the next day to find my auto trailer was gonna be picked up by another Customer because I didnt take it the day before . This made me furious I explained what the guy the day before had said and after alot of back and forth we got our trailer . Let me give everyone some advice DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TRAILER ALONE , TAKE IT WITH YOU BECAUSE IF U LEAVE IT IT CAN BE RENTED TO SOMEONE ESLE . ALSO DONT ASK TO LEAVE AND COME BACK LATER BECAUSE YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR IT . I know it was all a misunderstanding especially since when we were leaving I seen the other Customer that was going to get it pull up and start yelling at the guy working when in reality it wasnt his fault .
