This company came to my house and took good care of me. I got a tint on part of it too, that saved me another trip somewhere for that. Much happier now driving around.”

“Highly recommend. I bought a new car through Carvana recently and had to get it checked out in case it had to be returned during the 7 day return window. The dealership wanted to charge me $400 for a vehicle inspection. Sun Devil only wanted $70 (including tax) for the same service. They were very thorough and checked over the whole car so I could have peace of mind with my new vehicle. Andy and Dominic took care of me (and my car). “I recently needed a windshield replacement and was initially directed to Safelite AutoGlass. Unfortunately, I found their pricing to be very gimmicky — high upfront quotes that were later “discounted” to appear like a deal. It didn’t sit right with me.
Thankfully, Star Windshield is in the same plaza, so I decided to walk in and get a second opinion. I’m really glad I did. Their pricing came in about 30% lower than Safelite’s so-called discounted price, and there were no sales games — just straightforward, honest numbers.
Even better, they were able to schedule me for next-day service. The installation was flawless, and the entire experience felt professional and efficient from start to finish.
The owner and the technician were both excellent to work with — knowledgeable, respectful, and easygoing.

“Just had my KIA repaired here. They are KIA certified and warranty the work for as long as you own the vehicle. Nato was my estimator, hes super nice and friendly. He always kept me up to date on what was going on including what stage the car was in, what parts were ordered, eta for completion. Even with there being a part back ordered he still got it done by the very first eta date I was given because he made a bunch of calls and eventually found this one bracket we needed. I was very fortunate that they gave me a rental car for a few days because they knew I didn't have another car or rental on my insurance. Very nice of them, they didn't have to do that but that was really going the extra mile and I greatly appreciated it. Probably the most important thing though is how the repairs looked when they finished. I honestly can't tell anything ever even happened. The panel gaps are perfect. Paint match is perfect, no over spray anywhere. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do happen to get unlucky and have another accident you bet Ill be taking my car back to them. My turn around time was just about 2 weeks which is insane, it shows my these people really have it down.”
“Exceptional service. I’ve had my windshield replaced a few times in the last 46 years but this was the easiest it’s ever been. The glass technician was polite, punctual, with great communication for the appointment - and the support staff made creating the request and insurance claim super easy. Highly recommend this company - and I understand it’s Arizonan family owned, which is pretty cool.
So a shout out to the glass technician Juan, Jesse who started the insurance claim and followed up with me throughout most of the process, and the rockstar GM Lacey, who took my call on their after hours line - I called at about 7pm with a question and for most companies all I would’ve been able to do is leave a voicemail. “I love it when the vacuums suck and the compressors have power enough to really produce adequate blow power to clean under the seats and vents. I actually open the doors and blow out interior and then vacuum. Idk if they have scents to spray, but that would be a super plus. They've got me for life either way. ( like family, wonder if I'll get a Thanksgiving invite?) Lol jk Happy fall y'all”
