Chase is probably the worst bank in terms of cheating their customers out of their money with fees. I have been careful not to have any NSFs, but banking here is stressful. Since nobody writes checks anymore, Chase will NSF your checking account if your Netflix payment or any other recurring credit-style payment doesn't have enough funds in your checking account to cover it. They don't have to do this and they didn't used to, but they do it in order to make money. They used to just decline the transaction if you don't have enough money to cover a card transaction, but not now. I honestly don't feel that Chase has my back in any way, and I keep hearing about situations where they refuse to reimburse or help their customers after an ATM mishap or malfunction causes someone to lose money. Chase is a necessary evil for me, and I fully understand why many folks don't trust banks. I would think that this practice would be illegal, but apparently it isn't.

every single time i call nobody ever answers. completely unreliable. Been with chase the better half of a decade and but never seen a chase so unreliable.

What a horrible experience at this location. I have been a Customer for just under a decade and this banking institution continues to get worse. I had a corporate check to deposit and was told by staff and management the funds would be available guaranteed on a certain day. I could have cashed it at another bank but trusted the word of chase management. I called on several occasions for a release of funds or my check back. I deposited it last week and the funds are still not available. This in my opinion appears to be a compliance violation. The phone rep and bank staff lied to me and the service was horrible. I'm and definitely considering changing bank. Beware This Bank In My Opinion.

Such horrible service. Ignorance is not an excuse... ask someone else. Chase is right down at the bottom work Wells Fargo. Good thing the Morgan family has built up so much cash since our first started in the US. Of this bank tried starting now it wouldn't last a year

I have gone to this location 3 times and have walked out with nothing accomplished. They have 1 banker who is never available and they just want to pass you off to a phone number.

Location can't even setup a basic checking account without an appointment. Go to a different location or better yet a different bank.

They are helpful bankers here, and mostly efficient at the busier times. The employees are pretty stable, as in less turnover at this branch than other banks I've used.

I am trying to set up an investment account for 17 year old son to store investing/saving. I have called branch, was pushed to web site that did not help, then 1800 said we need a minimum of $25,000 to talk to an advisor! Well I’ll be talking to a different bank advisor, sad chase doesn’t encourage our youth to invest unless they make their money. And good luck ever talking to some one!

Wow I came in to multiple chases and all them didn't want to print out the statements i needed. I came to this one they did it. It's great proving mark the guy in the suit that i was able to get them because he basically said good luck but they aren't going to do it in kind of a smart way, sure enough they did it for me. Shoutout to the blonde who helped me , shout out to the boss mark, who didn't. Thanks for all the help it made my day! Wish i can hug the lady who helped!

The most convenient location happens to not fill their ATM’s with money since I can rarely deposit or withdraw at this location.

Drivethru atm bit accepting cash deposits for 3 days now, their walk up not accepting cash deposits either.Was there at 850AM I knocked on door worker came to the door, I said both your atms are down I need to make a deposit.She responded “we open at 9.”How about you open the door and say I apologize for that not working sir we can have someone go ahead and take your cash deposit now.
