I had an appointment to open an account today at this site. The office looks good; however, the lady who met me with a bad hair day, and looks flat like a piece of spaghetti was mean. She has no professionalism at all. I walked out and stop by the Ocotillo branch. The representative at ocotillo and Gilbert Rd was amazing.
