I opened a business account with Lindsay Hill, and she was amazing! She explained everything clearly, in a friendly and efficient manner. The process was incredibly fast, and I’ve never had an experience like this before. Huge shoutout to Lindsay!

Wish I could give this branch a 1 star, just called and talked to a women who wasn’t trying to help and was worried about other people instead of assisting me on the phone and when asked to talk to the branch manager he wouldn’t even take the time to talk to me on the phone this branch sucks and whatever guy manages this branch is a horrible person too. Negative stars.

I have to give this location a 5 stars only because of my experience with Brandon Chandler there. He was so welcoming and friendly , made me feel special. Everyone else felt so bored before every time I visited . This employee deserves a shoutout. I only made a payment but his way of handling customer service was a great example for everyone else working there.

My wife uses this Chase branch and is happy enough with it. I went to their drive thru and asked to break a couple $100 bills I had left from the drive out here from the Midwest. The teller asked if I have an account there. I explained that I just arrived and hadn't yet had the opportunity to establish an account, but my wife banks there and soon I would too. The teller flatly refused to change the bills for me. changing bills costs a bank nothing. Refusing to do so for a prospective customer shows a lack of customer service and caring. I will move my accounts anywhere but here.

On 08/02, I reached out to this branch to inquire about doing a balance transfer for my credit card with BOA. I had a promotion with BOA that gave me 0% interest that was due to expire on the 9th and I was trying to avoid paying interest on my current balance. When I called, I first spoke with Lyndsey and was told that as long as we process the transfer then it would reflect on my BOA account and it would prevent them from charging me interest. Before starting the process I reiterated multiple times that I needed this to be done before the 9th to avoid interest and she reassured me that it would be taken care of. I came into the branch to apply for the transfer and was helped by Christina. She also reassured me that it would be taken care of before the 9th and she proceded with the transfer. On the 8th I saw that nothing reflected on my BOA so I reached out to Christina. She then proceeded to tell me that the transfer takes 5-7 business days to go through and BOA will charge me interest the next day. Because of the position they put me in, I was forced to pay off the balance using my checking account. If they gave me accurate information to begin with, then I would've of been able to make accommodations to avoid depleting my checking account. I will never bank with Chase again due to the sales tactics that were used against me to open a credit card.

As a long time Chase customer and I always had very pleasant experiences working with Chase. Until today, I walked in to try to get help with a 401k roll over as advised by my long term financial advisor. The lady who refused to help me coldly asked me to go to other branches. When I asked for the reason, she replied with a rude and demeaning attitude like I didn't know anything, she was not afraid of showing her impatience in her voice and on her face. This totally blew me away. It's such a shame that Chase doesn't train their employees well. Honestly even if a customer doesn't know the rules well, an employee could explain it respectfully. This is a very very disappointing experience.

Did a wire transfer with a banker. The banker didn't put information in correct field. Causing the wire delayed almost TWO WEEKS! Had to go to another branch to fix it. The other banker said it was because the field will only show up if you asked for it. Go ask someone if you don't know instead of doing it incorrectly!!!!

Chase claims they provide notary service but 9 out of 10 times they do not have some one who can do it. Waist of time at this bank.
