I guess this is not technically a bank it is a money management center as they do not have any tellers that can assist you in any way shape or form with your account, unless you have your debit card....... peculiar that you have an entire location dedicated to.... nothing....not to mention being greeted by someone in a sweatshirt and jeans at a bank comes across as a awfully casual

Not a real bank. Atm only way to get cash. No tellers.

Friendly bank rep and bankers! You just have to call ahead of time if you’re hoping to withdraw large sums of money.

I was told the notary was busy. When the person checking with the notary to see if she was available she told him “no.” I was not given an option to wait for the notary and was told that another company in the same complex does notary services for a fee. Meanwhile, the notary sat with a co-worker looking at each other’s nails. Not a good look. So much for customer service. I stayed with Chase because I thought they were different and better than this. It doesn’t appear so.

100% switching banks. I stayed at Chase because they have many branches/ ATMS. Well, the branch is essentially useless and they are doing it everywhere. Just a building with an ATM. Cannot even deposit coins! I would rather have my money at a credit union with a decent savings interest than a place that picks profit over customers.

Great family, friendly bank! My husband and I walked in here with our two boys on a Saturday morning and were greeted with smiles. We had no appointment but were instantly seated with Linda. We told her we wanted to open accounts for our two boys. She proceeded to assist us for the next 30 minutes in setting up our children's first checking accounts. We're appreciative of the time that was set aside so we could be helped. This branch has earned customers for life.

This is a bank, right? So I can NOT deposit cash into my brothers account for him? Since when do banks not take cash!? Crazy ideas from chase!
