Failures and people that are mad at the world work there… You can see the sadness and the frustration of having to work in a gas station in their faces.The bald man with the ear gauges and the blonde long hair are the worst.Please Chevron, replace your staff.

Have been going to this particular Chevron for past 7 years, even going out of my way past multiple other stations closer to my home to fuel up here for the sake of fuel quality and the Techron additive.I have observed an increase in the number of out-of-commission pumps at any one time, indicating an issue. I hope station management is able to rectify this issue and keep up with pump maintenance (functioning dispensers, filter changes, etc.), especially given that this station charges more than nearby competitors. The adjacent car wash that was on the same lot is no longer in business as well (it appears a new one is being built). Hopefully this presents an opportunity to improve upon this matter.

The lady at the counter double charged me for my gas. She didnt refund, now I have to dispute it through my bank.

I have been a customer at this location for the past 5 years! I own a business nearby. I would like to voice my concerns about one particular cashier name Jose. This is the first time that I have written a negative review on a company. Jose has black hair and sometimes wears it in a ponytail. My first encounter with Jose was about a month ago. He was servicing another customer prior to me while I was standing in line. He appeared to be very friendly and talkative towards the male customer. When it became my turn in line, Jose did not acknowledge me. He seemed agitated, almost angry to some degree. It was very off putting. I tried not to think too much about it, but I definitely felt discriminated against. I kept my concerns to myself and I paid for my item and left. Again, Jose never said one word to me. A couple of weeks went by and I walked into the store to purchase an item. I noticed Jose and another coworker were engaging with a female customer. It was VERY clear that they both found her attractive. Jose was ringing her out and his co- worker was standing to the side, behind the counter with Jose. They were both very friendly towards this customer and even told her to have a good day as she walked away. When it became my turn in line.........Once again, Jose never greeted me, no eye contact, or a simple gesture , NO acknowledgement whatsoever. Again, I sensed him being agitated as if he was angry with my presence. As a woman of color, Jose made me feel as though he was discriminating against me based off of the color of my skin. This is the second time he has displayed such disgusting behavior towards me. I remained calm. While Jose was ringing in my item, he began talking to his co-worker about the female customer they were both admiring (prior to me), as if I was not standing there. They were both having an inappropriate conversation surrounding her.... A conversation that could've waited until I left. While they were talking amongst each other , the credit card machine was not reading my debit card. I looked to Jose to inform him (because he was not paying attention while he was talking to his co-worker). I said calmly "the machine is not reading my card." He rolled his eyes and in a snarky tone told me to "take the credit card out of the machine" (as if I was a child). I calmly informed Jose " I already did and this is the 3rd time I had to do so. Maybe it's the chip reader?" Jose sighed...I looked at Jose and said, "is everything OK with you? He rolled his eyes again .....and before he could respond, I then said "You know what, I don't want to purchase this item" and I walked out of the store before loosing my cool. I then called the store to make a complaint to Jose's manager and of course, Jose answered the phone. Jose was very rude , he would not give me his name or his co-workers name, he yelled at me and hung up on me while I was trying to clarify the name of his manager that he had given me. Jose DEFINITELY seems mentally unstable, and should not be representing ANY company!!!! I called back, hoping another employee would answer so I could talk to a manager or at least someone who is emotionally mature. Jose's coworker answered the phone (the same one that I mentioned prior) and he too would not give me either of their names as a reference to my complaint. His coworker informed me that management would be there the following morning. At least Jose's co-worker wasn't AS rude as Jose. The next morning, I called to speak to the store manager to address my concerns about Jose and the store manager was kind enough to give me Jose's name :). The store manager was polite and listened to my concerns regarding Jose and apologized on Jose's behalf. I don't know whether the store manager genuinely cared but at least he pretended to. I could also tell that Jose gets away with his disgusting antics. He was too comfortable with the way he was acting towards me. It's sad that discrimination continues to rest its evil head

Absolutely terrible they never have anything no cigarettes, no ice, always running out of stuff.. not to mention the most expensive gas in the whole state

Always the most overpriced gas and all the Chandler. Also check every single pump has a missing security seal so they do not stay up to date with their security measures here. No pricing for any alcohol and it is very overpriced compared to every single circle k in the area

Unleaded is $.70 higher than any gas station around and EBT is not accepted. Feels like they might not want customers?? Got a $.99 big gulp and bounced.

The employees were friendly and very helpful. I bought the elite package, which is supposed to be superb. The people that cleaned the cars were nice and did a decent job cleaning the car. The car that I took in to get cleaned had a lot of hair in it due to my doggo. She is the third musketeer, and pretty much goes everywhere with my fiance and I. The car definitely looked better then when we turned it over to be cleaned. However when we got it back there was a lot of hair left inside of the car still; specifically in the back row. Now I know it's very hard to get all of the hair out, but 50% of the hair was still there & the floor mats looked as though they weren't even touched. As far as the outside of the car goes, it was a decent wash. Im giving this place 4 stars because the staff was kind, and the wash was quick. However I feel as though it could have been cleaned more efficiently. Lastly we were asked what air freshener we preferred. We said black ice & ended up with no air freshener. This place is not a no-go but I may look for another car wash establishment for future car washes.

So I understand you have to have certified person to do propane. When they specifically tell you to come back in 30 minutes and that leaves poor customer service. I think this will me my last time coming here. I changed my schedule so I can be back when they told me too.

Would give zero stars but not option. ALL PUMPS ARE BROKEN. lady yelling at customers saying all pumps are broken.
