Went to buy a drink, and when I got back in my car, it wouldn’t start. I called roadside service and they told me it could be a while.
I went back inside to let the clerk know that I was there and my car won’t start, and don’t know how long it was going to be there because they have a sign on the parking lot stating they tow after two hours of being parked.
They told me “as long as it’s not there more than two hours” I was like really man? My car won’t start and it’s out of my control when the tow gets here, you really going to tow me for something out of my control?” I BOUGHT something there, it’s not like I was asking them for a damn handout either.
It was very disappointing, how is it my fault my car got stuck there and instead of showing just a little understanding they basically gave me a sorry youre shit out of luck attitude.
Damn man, have some compassion. Luckily a very nice gentleman helped me jump start my car enough to get out of their precious parking g lot. Then my car stalled over by Loves, they were MUCH more understanding.

I was charged twice for transaction. The system froze and was told to come back. I did and the manager would not fix the situation. As a repeat customer this is terrible customer service. I will take all of my business elsewhere. I know I'm just 1 customer and they don't need my business but still.

I was appalled at how this manager was speaking to her employees and as I’m listening she keeps going at her employee just right in front of the customers so unprofessional and very inconsiderate of her surroundings , then one of the cashiers was very rude and acted as if she didn’t want to help me , with the new store and everything I thought maybe they would make sure they are considerate and know their customers are watching and that poor girl looked like she was very sad about the whole
Thing , I seen name tags but being as I don’t need them being attacked but I know they were the manager because I asked another employee I wish you guys would do better on who manages these young kids it’s just wild to me.

Came in here 4-13-23 at 11:20PM because I was going to charge my car nearby and needed some water and snacks. I have a McDonald's cup because when you Lyft all day in the desert, you need water. I ask firstly if I can get water and the girl behind the counter says there is a $1.25 fee which is ridiculous. I ask even if I buy something? Yes. Okay, I get a bottle of Life Water and purchase it. I say to her, "I know you can't control it, but you know that's an anti-homeless policy right?" She stares angrily into my face and doesn't say anything. I wait for my receipt and she crumples it up without offering and walks away without saying another word, not a thank you or anything. Firstly, you have a despicable policy that's inhumane for a desert climate. As someone who is housed and gainfully employed, it's an obvious anti-homeless measure that has nothing to do with the cost of water or whether they are loitering or causing the business any disruption. Secondly, her attitude was off the charts but I know gas stations don't have any other options so there wont be any reprecussions for the bottom of the barrel employees they sometimes get.

Disgusting store very dirty. They try to upsell you on everything, extra this and that so you can get a good deal. Will not be back. Better prices across the street at loves

Was just there to buy a carton of cigarettes (November 25th at 9:05pm )The woman at the counter said she can't go in the back to get them right now??? There are 3 of them working but nobody can go get them??? Customer service sucks!! Never will go there again

Do not buy gas here. They will steal your money and say it was put on another pump. They did this to me and when I asked the people on the other pump, they swear that they paid for their gas with a credit card. The people are so rude here. I guess they are mad because they’ve never got off the Indian reservation. Do not buy your gas here they will rob you.

They have decent prices on their cigarettes, but there's usually a line. Great workers, though! Very nice and helpful!

The employees here are so rude and snotty. They are disrespectful, have attitude, and do the bare minimum when it comes to customer service. They hate their job and it's evident, but guess what! Everyone hates their job! That doesn't excuse unfriendly and unprofessional behavior.
