This place is ridiculous!! Walked in to check out the sales, since I got a postcard in the mail. No one approached me. Finally was spoken to - however only because she almost walked into me. Even worse, the outfit I was wearing(came straight from work) was all bought at the Gilbert Chico's location. Very disappointing

I had a great shopping experience at this store, since I am a passport member I asked them to ship my purchase to my home. I received my purchases today a full 2 weeks later. I called on 3/3 to inquire about the order, no one could tell me the status of my order VERY disappointed!
