As I'm walking out the store at 12:20pm 11/4/25 your chubby little Mexican delivery driver in the huge circle K 18 wheeler big rig. Just shut the front door on my face. Just because the driver don't work at the store don't mean they get to treats your customers like that. Because now you lost business and my family and I will go farther down the road for better customer service.

This store was by far the cleanest AM PM store with the cleanest restrooms I've ever been to. Friendly staff too.

Screw this place never coming back again rather go to the ampm nearby due to the fact the lady in morning just accused me of stealing in a queen creek store which I have no idea what she was talking about saying how I looked familiar to her even though I didn’t do anything wrong and I always pay for my stuff why type of discrimination, harassment and humiliation you had given me I have never did anything wrong but to just get accused out of no where I need an apology or something cause this is unacceptable.

Bathroom was nice, but there was an open tin of cat food on the floor which was not so nice. Slushies are good!

Will never come back here.I waited for 20 minutes for tobacco while the clerk messed up everyone's self checkout order. She seriously needs to get a different job. I was in the front. She needs to check out people in the front like a regular cashier

One of the worst Circle K’s I’ve been to. I would take a shitty bathroom over not able to change out a soda bib or make sure that the drink dispenser is working properly and getting told that they can’t go back there when they have three employees on the clock. There’s only one good employee that works there and I don’t blame him for transferring. A convenience store supposed to be convenient not a burden to get simple hydration. I will be taking my business to Gilbert and Pecos for now on. recommend everybody else do the same. if I could give a -5 star rating I would

Absolutely Terrible Experience with Manager Dawn at Circle K
I’ve had not one, but two incredibly negative experiences with Dawn, the manager at Circle K. On multiple occasions, she has falsely accused me of stealing, treating me with blatant disrespect and hostility.
The first time, she rudely accused me of theft without any evidence. I showed her proof of my transaction on my credit card, but she outright refused to look at it. Despite her unprofessional behavior, she still allowed me to purchase my items—but not without making me feel humiliated.
A week later, she accused me again! This time, I went to check out a couple of items, and she bizarrely refused to let me purchase one of them—only allowing me to buy the other. Once again, I showed proof of the prior transaction she claimed I stole from, but she wouldn’t even look at it. Her attitude was condescending, dismissive, and downright rude.
When I asked for her boss’s contact information to file a complaint, she flat-out refused to provide it. Dawn is not only unprofessional but also a miserable person who takes her negativity out on customers. It’s appalling that someone so unfit for customer service is in a managerial role.
Circle K, if you care about your customers and reputation, this needs to be addressed immediately. Dawn’s behavior is unacceptable, and I’m certain I’m not the only one who has suffered from her mistreatment. I encourage anyone else who has had a similar experience to speak up.
Until this is resolved, I will think twice before stepping into another Circle K.

I have never in my life thought to write a review for a gas station/convenience store, but this particular Circle is just that bad. My family and I and were excited when this Circle K was built because it's within walking distance of our house. From the beginning, they have always consistently run out of convenience store staples..... it's either the fountain drinks are down, or they're out of cold brew, ice, creamer, etc. At first, we thought they were still working out logistics for the new site. With COVID, supply issues were forgivable. Now, years later, we just play "guess what will Circle K be out of today" on our walk over. Many times we've walked home empty handed.

All I can say is the customer service is HORRIBLE. And it's that older Hispanic with the glasses. She always there is the morning. My 2nd time there and both time she was so so rude, especially when it comes to her having to to use her cash register to ring up my items. And the 2nd time, I asked her why be rude and it's not my fault that kiosk can't take the card I'm using. She just said she wasn't referring to me with her comment. And I just told her to" lighten up" and she said "You know I'm not helping you" and walked away to the kiosk. Half the time that kiosk don't ring up the items right. And just lazy customer service. I THINK QT has the best customer service and never will I use Circle K again.

If you need cigarettes, don't go there. They can't follow simple guidelines on how to approach a customer.
