Car did not come out clean, couldn't even get fresh, wet bird poop off of the car, no pre scrub done, air doesn't even come close to getting water off at the end. First and last time.

i took my all white dodge charger through the wash a on Monday and had scratches on the top of my trunk after. I immediately said something, I filed a claim and was told I would be called in 24-48 hours it's Saturday i've called I will be going back up there today to get my money but this is ridiculous don't use clean freak if this how they all are but exactly this 3060 S Gilbert RdChandler, AZ 85286United States. This location is a no I don't blame the guys there just doing there job but after an inci like this. I don't sign a waiver that says I'm liable for any damages the car wash did if they aren't able to own up and fix there mistakes and looking at the reviews I'm not the only one terrible busines. I did not say the service or quality of this location was at all good. terrible business over all.

Automated car-wash systems have been around for decades, however over the last decade have become much safer (for both vehicles and the companies employees.). Generally, a brand-new car-wash will work as manufactured for 6-9 months before the little gremlins begin wreaking havoc if the wash-rack is not properly maintained and serviced as required. After trying a handful of companies throughout the valley, I decided to trust the cleaning of my personal fleet with Clean Freak off of Gilbert Road in Chandler, Arizona. To date, I have several accounts with Clean Freak, however I will be canceling all 3 of them asap.I trailered one of my vehicles into this establishment as it had been in storage since last fall, and I decided to add this car to my account. I am extremely picky about automated washing systems as there are quite a few "mismanaged facilities" throughout the valley,I am not an expert by any means, but I know what is good, and what is not good for properly cleaning vehicles. Between watered-down cleaning products, wax-arches with drums of wax replaced with water), RO systems bypassed, "sour-water" continually reused despite being so filthy solids are suspended in wash and rinse waters, poor maintenance of equipment, illicit cleaning of trenches and pits where the debris is literally shoveled-out by untrained employees (often requiring but not utilizing OSHA confined-space trained employees or contractor), illegal disposal of solids into onsite dumpsters destined for municipal trash via landfill (instead of following ADEQ and US-EPA requirements as a CESQG-VSQG (conditionally exempt, small quantity generator / very small quantity generator), postponing replacement of brushes, scrubbers, and mitter-curtains, broken or misaligned tunnel controllers, etc., and the list goes on and on.I cannot go into detail (yet) on how this specific location handles incidents caused by mechanical issues or employees, however I CAN say with certaintythat they have little to no regard once an incident has occurred, offering only a crude form for jotting down all the customer's information, followed up by stating they will "review their security video within 72-hours.I did receive a phone-call from the company, and although it was hard to understand due to a bad cell connection, it was clear enough to comprehend "not our fault - appears as though your vehicle may not have all factory parts . . . Blah, blah, blah . . . however my attorney believes this will settle quickly, and I will post a follow up.

In need of routine maintenance on its facilities and equipment. Discussed these issues with the manager today. We’ll see if they get addressed.

After looking at all the damaged cars from photos folks have posted, it is disappointing to add mine to the litany of complaints and photos. They refused to pay for the damages THEIR car wash did to my vehicle. Claimed after reviewing the video, (which they don't share) and the age of the car 2015 they are not at fault. They are willing to LOSE a 4yr+ customer over it as well! Losing a monthly membership and a poor review due to their obstinate mentality.

Unfortunately, I keep noticing each and every time that my car doesn't get cleaned properly. The duration for the drier is too short.

My car was scratched all down the drivers side very severely. It's been a month and after filing an incident report they have never called despite leaving many many messages and even going in person and getting the run around .. someone will call you to have it fixed ... hasn't happened and they are now avoiding!! Steer Clear of this place!!!

I have been to a few other Clean Freaks and this one does not do as good of a job cleaning your car. Additionally, too often the car was is closed for maintenance. Lots of other options are opening up in the area. It might be time to shop around.

Unfortunately my car hood exterior was scratched up in the automatic car wash. I can't recommend. There are swish shwash scratches on it that could only have come from this wash and I saw it appear after I went through their wash.

EH. I am so frustrated with just everything these days. The cars are rushed through. I've never had this happen here before, but there was barely any water to rinse, and as other reviews have mentioned, hardly any soap. My side mirrors didn't get clean, and my back lift gate, looks the same. I cannot see out of my back window because of nothing getting rinse or washed property. This location (and their others as well) are a hit or a miss. Not everyone is here to park, get out, and clean their car. If I had an unlimited membership, I'd cancel right away. Cannot even get a decent exterior wash (or dry for that matter) when you are on the go and want to get the dirt off when it spits rain here. Cobblestone is far beyond better. Slower through the tunnel, better rinse and dry for sure. Just sad because when they first opened in AZ, we were huge fans. Not worth it. Save your money.

The location on Gilbert rd. Is my least favorite of the clean freaks. Less soap and truck is never clean when it comes out. If you have an opportunity, go to a different location.

Don't go here if you have a fancy four-wheel-drive, they won't let you go through because they're afraid their equipment is going to break. It would be more likely I would get damage - not them! I mean seriously, the brushes would get broken on a Jeep....a Jeep!!!!

I stopped for a car wash and was pleased with the overall experience. The free vacuums were powerful and working very well. The actual wash was high quality and there were available microfiber towels to also hand dry afterwards. I will go there again!

These are the worst vacuums I have ever used at any car wash at all. Everyone of them are plugged and if it wasn’t it had the smallest amount of suction possible. There are plenty of other places that have much better vacuums for free that will actually clean as expected.

Staff would get a solid 4 stars. Stalls are a close 2 stars, more and more air hoses are missing or barely blowing air. They need to replace and repair them and vacuums. Some nice Cleam Freaks provide drying towels. This one does not. Might be time to upgrade to a car wash that cares.
