I declined a membership at least 4-5 times, and before the final denial was asked if the reason I was saying no was because I couldn’t afford the service. Weird thing to ask and I will find somewhere else to go in the future.

I'm an Educated Latin guy, wearing jeans and a t-shirt. I made a purchase and requested use of the bathroom, I was told the bathrooms are closed for the night! Treat all customers the same regardless of their race. It's 7 pm on Thursday 10-2

Great customer service. We had an issue where we had to update a card and a new account was created in error. We went in and were helped by Kimberly F. and Daniel. They took time to correct the error and made everything right. I really appreciate their help and friendly attitudes. Thank you!

I went to the carwash on S Arizona Ave in Chandler. When I accidentally locked my car with both my phone & keys inside, Ray & Kim were very helpful. They tried their best to accommodate and Ray was able to unlock my car in a very short time. Thanks so much for all the help, guys!

Love the Az Ave and German location. It’s always clean, well stocked with drying towels, vacuums work well and the staff is pleasant. I use the monthly subscription and go approx 3 times a week.

Great car wash I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Kimberly F she was very knowledgeable about the car washes and very nice. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my car washes! Great employee great service and she has the best name! We have the same name haha!! :) absolute wonderful experience all around! Great car wash! Friendly staff! Always greeted with a warm smile never have to wait long for service and always have my questions answered in timely fashion! The employees at this location who work in the sales lanes are extremely friendly and always welcoming. Makes me want to continue to come back! I highly recommend this location to my family and friends!!

DO NOT US LUBE CENTER.
They didnt install my oil filter correctly ON A F250, doubled up the o ring. It exploded, sent 13 quartz of oil down the side of my truck and enclosed trailer. Spent over 1k in details, towing and repairs. A year later it is still smoking from the oil
The manager, Tyler, couldnt care less. Never got back to me on any of the receipts i sent in

Horrible customer service. Manager is aweful. Someone's gonna get hurt or a damaged vehicle. Incompetent operators. They don't accept accountability. The sign is for show.
