Employees look like they’re absolutely dead inside and the customer service was terrible. Such an unwelcoming location. We were also not given spoons.. Ice cream was completely melted and mush by the time we got home to even use a utensil. What a waste of $25…

Kinda grossed out that the employee isn’t wearing gloves to serve the icecream. As she’s switching out the icecream where it’s stored her knuckles are touching the other icecream with no gloves on. On top of that she served our icecream and prepared our flavor with no gloves. Another customer came in, and the employee stuck her hand in her shirt to fix her bra strap and proceeded to serve the customer. As another customer came in she wiped her hands on her shirt and started serving the icecream. If she’s not required to wear gloves then she shouldn’t be touching parts of herself then continuing to serve icecream, especially with no gloves.

On Wednesday evening, I had a great experience at Coldstone Creamery in the Crossroads Towne Center. The ice cream was delicious and creamy, and they had a lot of flavors and toppings to choose from. I ordered the Cake Batter Batter Batter. It was amazing!The best part of my visit was the service. The young lady, Isabella, who prepared my order, was very friendly and helpful. She greeted me with a smile and asked me what I wanted. When I could not decide, she offered me samples. I should have stopped after sample number three, but I tried five. Everything was so good. She made my ice cream right before me, mixing it with the toppings on a frozen granite stone. She was very attentive and made sure I was satisfied with my order.I would definitely recommend Coldstone Creamery in the Crossroads Towne Center to anyone who loves ice cream and wants a fun and personalized experience. Thank you, Isabella, for making my day! I will be back for more samples and a wonderful dessert.

My wife and I ordered online last week for ourselves and my mother in law for pick up. When my wife went to go pick it up and brought it home, first of all the ice cream was soft like it was left out and not stored cold. Then my mother in laws order was totally wrong and but did not notice until she tasted her ice cream and discovered it contained banana and she has a slight allergy. When we called the store and told them about the allergy we can hear them laugh in the background and as far as customer service was concerned we did not receive any. The employee we spoke to on Monday July 31st was not very helpful. We did not appreciate the laughter we heard after informing them of the situation. The employee we spoke to who was suppose to be a manager told us we would receive a call from someone of higher authority and did not receive one. Just very disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of empathy we received from this situation.

Yikes. Not only have prices sky rocketed- but not sure what was going on with the service. Took my family and there was 4 employees working. Only 1 spoke and smiled. The rest stared at us awkwardly or annoyingly as if we came 5 minutes before closing. I get as a teenager or young adult- working at an ice cream shop isn't great but seriously... At least try to be pleasant- especially when I'm super friendly and kind.

Try Chocolate devotion - with out chocolate ice cream ;-) try Vanilla instead of chocolate and add with double brownie and light chocolate chips. it's best.

Although this location had one sweet young man working he was bullied by a young lady who gave tragic customer service. Apparently, they will no longer allow three flavors in their $7.00 Got To Have It. When I asked why I was met with hostility from the female and kindness from the young man. Unfortunately, the female was helping me. When I asked for a card or the owner/manager she said they didn't have them. So much for customer service.

I do not recommend going to this location none of the employees had good work ethic from my point of view their customer service skills were very wack it seemed that they was more interested in bonding instead of helping costumers and making there visit a good experience me and my mom step out to go here on Saturday night and my mom made it clear to them that I was lactose intolerant but as she told them that I felt like they didn't really show a interest in trying to explain what the most popular combination was with the nondairy ice cream. I also remember my mom asking what the toppings were and a man worker replied by saying step back and you'll see all the toppings in the most rude way he could possibly. I also felt like I was being rushed to decide what I wanted they did not have patients at all she started mixing the ice cream without even asking if I was done picking my toppings...

This past Thursday night we decided to stop by after church. Around 730pm. I would suggest to the owners why stay open if your employees make customers feel like they are being inconvenienced?! Needless to say, made us all feel uncomfortable. My wife wouldn’t let me get moody. Strawberry chocolate thing we got surprisingly looked nothing like the advertised picture. But more like someone regurgitated it after eating. Definitely will not be revisiting.

Cold Stone is amazing! My wife and I always get our favorite and the staff always remembers us and our order. They are always polite, curtious and friendly. It is always a pleasant experience.

Jillian is the best!!! 5 star service. Super friendly. Made our ice cream perfect. Welcomed us to stay and eat inside. We had a great experience at this cold stone location.

Something horribly wrong with the products yesterday. We ordered 9 different items including waffle cones and everything had an acidic chemical flavor. Not sure if there was some chemical treatment to machines or the store itself, but I’ve never experienced this before. Everything was inedible.
