I bought a set of universal oster guards on Wednesday and they broke apart as I went to use them. I went in to see if they sell them as individual guards. The older woman was super rude and suggested I was too strong with them. I’ve been cutting hair over 10 years I know how to use a clipper guard. Not to mention on my original visit I had asked how much they were the two employees there said they were 17 then they rang up as 30. Which is fine as I needed them for work I didn’t care at the time. She tried to argue with me even though I can recall the entire moment they said it because they were too busy discussing how convenient moving the phone was to even be very helpful. This used to be my favorite supply store. Now they have very rude employees and one of them had headphones in his ears. Unbelievable…. If I could put 0 stars I would.

I go to supply stores a lot. Lately this supply store is not very helpful. They are horrible at taking things back or even exchanging. They used to be way better at customer service. I really don't like going there anymore if I don't have to. Problem is, I do have to.?

Very little selection compared to when it was an Armstrong McCall. They rarely have a good selection of liter combos. They are still a good place to grab color and other styling products.
