I usually never leave reviews especially negative ones, but I have been visiting the store for almost a year, most of the younger staff is nice and friendly, but it seems they always are out of color and other things. This past Friday I had to make a stop for color which they didn’t have in stock, but what made me write a review it was the lack of professionalism to keep the business neutral, when I walked in there was two ladies talking politics in a very hateful manner, it made me extremely uncomfortable, and it also made me confirm why I felt uncomfortable in some of my past visits.
I don’t think I will be visiting this store again.

The sales associates are helpful and kind, however the lack of consistency in products being in stock is very disappointing. Would like to continue to support local businesses in the area, impossible at this rate based upon the amount of times I’ve frequented this location and left without what I needed for a client. Will begin to shop elsewhere!

I had the worst experience of my life upon entering this store. I want to preface this review by stating it is not the store policy of me being unlicensed that has me vexed it was the treatment I received by the associate Kelly that was 1000% unacceptable. I entered the location on Saturday 9/16 WITH a licensed professional and my 14month old daughter. We were in the store for no more than 5-6 minutes and we both had eyes on my child so she was not running amuck unsupervised. I was approached by Kelly and was told to, “watch my child, so she does not wreck the entire store”. To which I replied, “really she is going to wreck your whole store?”. The conversation between her and I became heated after that point to say the least. Another associate (Panda) approached and I informed her of Kelly’s comment and explained I found it unacceptable. Whilst conversing with the other associate Kelly continued to try and interject and make comments. I replied with a curse word, advising Kelly I was done speaking with her and wished to continue to speak with Panda. Kelly told me she was going to call the police on me and I replied to her, “go ahead”. In an attempt to get away from Kelly, I asked Panda if we could please move to the front of the store so I could continue to explain the situation and request store management info. Kelly followed and continued to snicker, sneer, make faces at me, and accosted me throughout the entire store. Kelly asked Panda, if she was going to “boot us from the store” to which Panda replied “no”. It was not until I was just about done getting as much info as I could to make a compliant was I asked “are you even a licensed professional” to which I replied, “I was not but that the other individual was”. I was then told I really was not supposed to be in the store and there was a sign on the door. I apologized to Panda and informed I was unaware. It is also important to note, that I was NOT asked to leave before Kelly decided to involve law enforcement. However, regardless of me being licensed or unlicensed that comment was made to me BEFORE she even was aware of that, I am human and to approach a mother and attack a child is wholly unacceptable. It could have been handled with much more grace than her comment. I am a level headed person and do not get to the boiling point I did. Kelly antagonized the entire situation and it was handled very, very poorly. I sincerely hope something comes of this review. There was absolutely no reason for her to involve a civil servant in a customer service complaint.

My wife came home from this establishment in Shambles. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional comment about my daughter made by the staff member Kelly! I expect disciplinary action to be taken immediately!! We will be reaching out to corporate, licensed or unlicensed, you work in a retail setting and you absolutely do not make remarks like that to people while on the clock point blank PERIOD!

If I can give this store a 0, I would. I heard from my sister, who is getting married soon, who went there with a friend the other day, that an employee by the name of Kelly called her an unfit mother because she was letting her daughter “destroy” the store. That was rude and unprofessional when she told her that. And to have the cops be called on her?! Give me a break. I thought this place is Cosmo’pro’? Apparently not!

Honestly, if I can give this place a zero, I would because the way that you guys treat people is not OK. The fact that you are going to let an employee call a mother unfit is not okay and no one should go to the store number
