Took my car to get patched, made an appointment & showed up on time. I shopped then sat to the food court, waiting for the call that they were done. TWO hours after my appointment I go up and wait another 5 min for someone to service the desk. She asks me if I'm picking up, guess she forgot I dropped off since it had been TWO hrs. I told her I haven't gotten a call, proceeds to pull my keys out and says oh they must have JUST finished. I wouldn't even have left s review if they would have just acknowledged that they didn't call me & apologize, instead of lie straight to my face.

I left my car for tire repair and didn’t get a phone call. My car satin the parking lot overnight. I called many times and never got through. I had to call the administrative staff next day to get hold the tire people. I was told it was ready the day before. Really bad experience.

Just got home after getting my Tesla new tires. I had my rims repaired 2 weeks ago. There’s a 2 inch gouge now in my formerly pristine black rims that I just paid to fix. This after I warned them they were new and to please be careful. Disappointed

Really great service. They ran through the tires they offered, provided recommendations, let us know about specials/discounts, and answered all the questions. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Took about an hour for a full 4 tire change. Appointment and membership required.

Folks that work here are awesome. They have done a great job on our cars for the past ten years. Everything from a little Scion, to a 3/4 ton pickup, to an Explorer and now a Tesla. No issues, great service, incredibly quick.

Honest and professional! Made an appointment after being told our tire was unrepairable and leaking air (none of which was true). Costco had an appointment same day online, fixed our tire, and only charged 11.99. Can’t recommend enough.

Why is this the only Costco that wants an appointment for flat/nail repair… all other Costco‘s will take us the same day, but this one won’t touch the vehicle until we have an appointment. Very frustrating when you purchase a warranty on tires that you can’t use… we can’t plan for nails or flat tire repairs.

Awful Experience. I came in on October 3rd with a loose flat tire needing to be replaced. I was told they no longer made the tire fitted for my car called the defendent and that they could either send a new Bridgestone tire in for tomorrow to this location or that the Gilbert Market Location had my tire in stock. I decided to call the Gilbert Market location to verify. I was told with my 80,000 mil warranty that they would cover my expenses. When I arrived at the Gilbert Location I was assisted by a unprofessional Albert who was upset with me due to miscommunication of this location. Told me he wasn't taking anymore clients and that they were understaffed. After calling to touch base with this location I was told it would be a hour and he would discuss paperwork after. 2 hours later....I was met with a bill of 137...after talking this morning with Superviser Daniel all I was given was an apology for miscommunication. I will never get my tires done here again. It is not MY fault as a paying customer that I was lied to and misguided. My whole day was affected by this lack of communication. Extremely unprofessional. I work in services and I do not appreciate my treatment today....they did not take care of me"

Solid team, dependable service. My car needed tires that they normally do not stock. Staff kept me updated when they came in and got my tires mounted within a short period of time after they received them.Gunnar was the tech that made sure everything went smooth.Highly recommend.

The Costco folks are always very helpful and efficient. The convenience of dropping off your keys and getting the service done (new tires, rotation, etc) while shopping is great.
