I was looking for a storage facility near my office. We are remodeling and the office and I had to clear out a store room until the end of the year.
I found CubeSmart as I was driving around and wanting to check them out.
Anitra was working the counter and gathered some information on what size I might need. She locked up the lobby and we went to look at two units to help me make a decision. Settled on a 5x10. $39 a month!
She made it fast and easy to rent a unit. Love the limited access and easy parking right by the building!
Here is the secret to this location - it is mostly business customers and not crowded with a lot of traffic. Cart are readily available and elevators are no wait.
If you want great service, good secure access and easy in and out access. This is your spot!

Move in was easy, I was able to do everything online and I moved in on a Sunday when they are closed, they had a little gift bag in my unit welcoming me! So nice. I like that they have music playing too. My unit could use a bit more light but not a huge concern. The lady at the desk, I can't remember her name, she is super nice and very friendly. I also like that the facility isn't a maze of units like the last place I rented a unit.

We rented here for many years and had multiple units. Their prices are by far the highest in the area, and they raised our rent multiple times sometimes even more than once a year. We ended up paying $150 for a small unit.
We eventually switched to a different storage facility where we now pay $130 for a medium unit, at least twice the size of what we had here. Both locations are indoors, so I’m not sure how this place justifies their prices.
When we went to cancel our unit, we were told over the phone that you don’t officially “cancel”you just turn off auto billing, empty the unit, and leave it unlocked. We followed those steps exactly, but they still manually charged our card after we turned off auto billing. Why? We did everything they told us to do.
We didn’t have any damage to our items, but we did find rat droppings throughout the unit. We didn’t store any food or kitchen stuff, just something to be aware of if you’re considering renting here.

This place is really fancy for a storage facility, the office here feels like a hotel lobby, just missing a little table with some free coffee… hint hint 😉. Regardless Anitra was wonderful and incredibly pleasant to chat with. She was very helpful and im stoked to feel like I finally found a storage facility i can trust.
