Honestly the worst people ever in the pharmacy. I’m 7 months pregnant and first time I went in to pick up my GD kit for my blood sugar. I called in the morning was told it’ll be 3 hours. Came in about 4 hours later and they didn’t have it ready. Didn’t start filling it until I showed up. (Took them over a half hour to do it) And today I came in for the refill which was called in 3 DAYS AGO. They refused to fill it due to lack of instructions. I don’t need instructions it’s a refill. They were beyond rude and I had fun yelling at them!

The pharmacist was rude and not helpful. I went to Frys to refill my prescriptions.

I tried to fill a prescription here for 5 hours and was finally told I had to come back in the morning. The head pharmacist couldn’t be bothered to do it due to “walk in flu vaccines”. I waited at the store for over an hour and came back twice after that. My son now has to go a day without his medication which will likely result in a disaster.

Absolute garbage pharmacy. I scheduled my mom for a pneumonia vaccine appointment. When we got to the appointment, they claimed it was for a COVID vaccine, which I know I didn’t do because their registration flow asked me if I wanted to “add on” a COVID vaccine to the appointment. Moreover, they said they couldn’t simply switch it to an appointment for a pneumonia vaccine. What kind of terribly run business does this? Just, asinine.

...if you want lazy people who have little desire to actually help a (who cares) paying customer/patient, keep getting all your pharmaceutical needs by the continuous revolving staff BEHIND the pill counter. Unprofessional, unethical, and loud with too many inconsistencies to name. I even called before I came. ask me if that helped?? What else are they NOT doing??!?! Lazy gets people sick! You are only as strong as your weakest link, Roman. Lying is included!!! SMH! We deserve better!!

Pharmacists here have rocks in their heads; I've never had a smooth experience picking up my prescription, there's always something they can't figure out. Extremely frustrating

The virtual doctor is wonderful. You don't have to go in just have a virtual appointment and they are so easy and helpful.

The manager was super gossipy, as whenever we walked by he was talking with a clerk about somebody who was cheating on his wife. We went in to get flu shots and Covid updates. We set up the appointments online and had a 6:30 appointment slot to get them and all of the paperwork was done so we could just walk in and get the jab. We were early. Fast forward to 7:00 and we were still waiting. The pharmacist was clearly overworked and they were unquestionably understaffed. He was rocking a pretty sweet attitude as well, as he ripped apart customers who didn't understand the directions he was giving them due to a language barrier. Getting bitchy wasn't helping the situation any in my opinion but I guess he had just run out of patience for the day.

It's never taken me longer than five minutes to connect with an employee over the phone. People give bad reviews for medications taking too long to fill, but they understand that that's how busy pharmacies work? There is no other place that's gonna somehow be faster and better unless you go somewhere that isn't populated, Chandler/Gilbert is one of tha fastest developing areas in the states, stuff is gonna have longer lines in a booming community. This place takes care of me, I have called a couple times and let them know that I have an evening work meeting most nights and they were able to prioritize my prescription so I could pick it up in a timely manner.Just think, these people are the key to so many people getting their prescriptions, they deal with unstable and angry people sometimes right before turning to you to see how they can help, and they do a great job of not allowing a bad customer to determine how they treat the next person.I've read the reviews, especially the low score reviews, and if I could give those people their own personal reviews it would be "one out of five stars, no empathy for people on the job, complete lack of patience and awareness."This place is great, just remember it's a pharmacy surrounded by neighborhoods and families, no duh it's busy.

I went in to fill an Rx for a high dose cholesterol medication. When I picked it up, the pharmacist or asst (with blonde, long, badly permed hair) told me the Rx was $300. I was shocked and asked if that was normal for cholesterol medication and if most people pay that much. She said yes. I told her I cldnt afford it and even joked that I wld "just have to have a heart attack then" and she smiled and said "ok great I'll return your Rx." And that was all. I went home and my husband looked it up on GoodRx and found it was only $40! Why did this pharmacist not recommend coupons to me?? She didn't even have to specify GoodRx. Maybe just a nod in that direction and a little empathy wld have enabled me to purchase a life saving drug. The sad thing is, I was even in there w my 7yr old daughter. So she basically saw I had a young daughter and still didn't feel remotely driven to help in the slightest way possible. This made me so sad that there are people working in healthcare that are that morally lacking.

They are expensive on their prescriptions and don't take discount cards that specifys their pharmacy does. My ins stopped using them as their prices have gone so high. They make some good deals with the drug companies but not with their customers!
