Now impossible to call them directly. They want you to go through their app, which is extremely inaccessible especially for elderly patients. Otherwise they want you to leave a voice-mail for them to ignore and not call you back. Good luck asking them to reach out to your prescriber, you get left in the dark.

I hope they know their pharmacy tech is telling pregnant women to wean off medication the doctors said not to because she did. And she knows how it feels. Christina answered the phone with an attitude. Before she even got me pulled up. Accused me of taking more than prescribed and I don't even know if I need the medication or not yet. But I'll tell you this. After she made me feel worthless because "I took it and I stopped." Ok cool. If my unborn baby dies because YOU GAVE ILLEGAL MEDICAL ADVICE. It's on you. I never even wanted this stupid medicine in the first place but somehow it's my fault I was born with a pancreas that doesn't work. If there's any complications With my pregnancy after this it's because she weaned off of it so everyone should be able to.

Came here in a rush for passport photos because the ones our family had tried to take in-house got denied by the passport office. The manager helped us and he was great. My kids are huge pains and he was so patient with them. We are very grateful.

This location is easy to find as it sits on the corner of the strip mall by Dunkin Donuts. They have some of the nicest unseasoned Cashiers and employees working here and they are all very professional and work hard in this location. I like that whenever I'm in the area, that they remember me! I love the diversity here as well! I order vitamins and random things I never thought that they would have online and pick up from location. They never skip a beat on having anything that I've ordered online, including vitamins and lotion. Their rewards program is a good one, unlike, their competitor who stopped allowing you to use your points all at once. Hooray to CVS REWARDS Fun fact about these CVS stores, that I learned back in my College days by one of my College professors. ... the shelves are low, so that elderly, and us short folks can reach items. I'm not 100% sure that this is an actual " fact" but. it sure is fun to know, and everyone in class gasped when we heard this. Anyway as always... There's plenty of parking onsite.

Pharmacy review: I went in at 7:40 to get a prescription filled, I knew that they closed at 8. The pharmacist behind the counter was complaining she had to do her job of simply grabbing me some nasal spray and eye drops. The whole staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming.

I go out of my way to have my prescriptions filled here for a reason. They're competent, quick, get everything right, and I've never had an issue here. I like that there is a drive-thru service and they offer Covid testing. Nothing bad to say. It's not as crowded as some other CVS pharmacies, and they're generally nicer.

I was blown away by the customer service I received today from Lauren, the pink hair lady at CVS on Pecos Road in Chandler! My script came in at double the price I typically pay. Lauren researched a coupon and found my usual price. I am so grateful for her cheerful spirit and her expert research skills. She made my day!Sandra
