the pharmacy is slow very mf slow If you need your prescription you best go somewhere else because you'll be waiting here 30-45 mins

Repeatedly poor service at the pharmacy. They are often not open when they are supposed to, they make errors which delay my prescriptions causing me to miss doses, and it is very difficult to actually speak to anyone should you call them. I've tried to make it work because the location is convenient for me, but their poor customer service is now impacting my health. I would highly suggest that you do not use this location.

This pharmacy is the worst. I'll admit I was already a little cranky trying to find a med for my daughter that was out of stock everywhere I tried but I always try to not show that for respect out of others. Anyways, right when I got there I stood at the drop off counter and wasn't even acknowledged for like 3 full minutes. They saw me, they were all in the middle at computers. Then when I was finally a spoken to, they just yelled over to see what I wanted, no one came to the counter, it was just me yelling out my daughters full name and birthdate and the meds I was looking for. They needed to get the prescription from another pharmacy because my dr called it in to my usual spot. The lady said the pharmacist would call and get it before lunch (it was about 1215pm at this point) and it would be ready by 2pm. Fine. I'll come back after 2. I came back about 245, there's finally a nice man willing to come help me. He has no record of anything, goes and asks the pharmacist about my script and she fumbles around and says "oh he JUST sent it over." I rolled my eyes and said ok. 20 more minutes and it'll be done. Fine. What am I going to do, not wait? 20 ish minutes later the nice guy calls me up, rings me up and says have a nice day. No pharmacist to ask questions to, no pharmacist to explain anything. Nothing. She wouldn't leaver her computer. I ended up googling if I could give the medicine prescribed, with a cough medicine as well. So unprofessional. This place is an accident waiting to happen.

Having been waiting on my prescription to be filled as the pick up time keeps getting pushed back.Calling to see what the hold up is.No answer.You are handling people’s medications. Not a gallon of milk. The level of service provided by the pharmacy is very unprofessional.

We use the Gilbert Target location and they do not deliver, good but hassle to get inside a Target. We are moving our prescriptions to a free standing CVS, like CVS, hate the Target location.

The worst customer service! If there was a score for incompetence they would have 5 stars. Pharmacy is a joke - Pharmless more like it. This is the worst run CVS. AVOID delays, excuses, and "less than"customer service - visit any other CVS. Note CVS- you're suppose to tend to your customers - there are other options. Obviously you're note readying your reviews. Shame on us (me) for giving you a chance. This is my last time visiting this store.

I’ve been going to this CVS Pharmacy for multiple years. The last two years their service has been insanely disappointing. Some examples, but not everything: - Receive a text stating my prescription is ready and I have 10 days to pick it up. Receive another text two days later saying I have 8 days to pick them up. Show up the next day and the rude lady says “You waited too long so we put it back on the shelf!” Excuse me? Three days after original text which said 10 days. I show her the texts and she says “Oh well”. I had to wait for them to fill it again. - Several time I’ve arrived and the line is 5-10 people long which takes them 30-45 minutes. While in line their phone system keeps ringing and often times says “8 pharmacy calls”. The last time I waited and the entire time the number never went below 8 calls. I never saw anyone even look at the phone let alone answer it. - I received a text that they’ve filled a new dosage of my current prescription and it’s ready for me to pick up. I arrive the next day and they filled the old prescription (which wasn’t ready for refill for another 60-ish days). I explained I needed the new dose and originally they said “We don’t have a new dose for you, call your doctor”. I showed them the text which opens to their app stating the new dose was ready and they “looked in another system and see it now”. Then they said it’s not ready yet, even though their system texted me that it was, and I’ll have to wait 20 minutes or come back tomorrow. I waited as I didn’t trust them to fill the right one and not put it back on the shelf by tomorrow. NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY! So frustrating

I didn't experience the pharmacy, but yesterday, a radiator hose on my car got undone and I got stuck. They didn't have the wrench I needed but an employee went out of his way to get one for me in the back office and got me on my way. So bye bye Walgreens and thank you Mr tall guy with long hair who helped me out ! I will start shopping there.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been associated with. Medrol dose pack too 1 month and still not filled. Made me wait an extra 1/2 hour for them to stick my name on a blister pack.

I would give this CVS -10 stars if I could. I have never encountered a group of more useless, inept human beings that go out of their way to inconvenience you. They purposely don't answer their phone so you have to drive down to their location and wait in line for an hour with 1 other person in line to remind them to refill your prescription. The pharmacy that we're transferring to waited on hold for 50 minutes and never got through to them after the tech at the useless location said he had transferred them and DIDN'T. How this place hasn't been shut down, I will never understand. Worse than the DMV.

The staff is great however the drive thru pharmacy window is closed and I'm waiting inline with coughing, hacking sick people. Given that we are trying to come out of a pandemic, I don't understand this - it's probably a staffing shortage of some sort. But obviously it doesn't make sense to put so many people at risk to spread illness to their families at Christmas. Only one person around me isn't coughing. Because I am spending the holidays with my elderly parents and 94-year-old grandfather I would've preferred to go through the drive-thru to minimize my risk.

Still the most poor run pharmacy in existence. Always delayed in get prescriptions completed. Why am I still using this pharmacy? Too complicated to change! Avoid!

The pharmacy here is the absolute worst. Not much for customer service and they take FOREVER to fill prescriptions. My doctor sent over two prescriptions and I knew they would not be ready quickly so I went home and waited two hours before calling. When I called they said they would be ready in 30 minutes. So I waited another 30 minutes drove down there for them to tell me it'll be 30 minutes. WHYYYYYYYY CVS??? WHY?? So I still don't have my prescription and now I'm just suffering.
