Today is now the 2nd time ive tried to pick up prescriptions during their posted open hours and no one is there pharmacy is still closed and no one in the store knows why either 🙃 extremely frustrating. And of course you can only leave a message at any cvs location and wait for a call back to try and have prescriptions transferred

Staff is always friendly and helpful when there is more than one person working. Pharmacist always seems to be by themself. Not fair to them or the people having to wait for help.

The pharmacist who checked out my order was very rude, she didn't acknowledge me standing in the pick up line for atleast 5 minutes of me being there. Then after she did i had to wait another 10 minutes. When she did serve me she wasn’t welcoming didn’t say hi, or ask if i was familiar with medicine

This unprofessional pharmacy does not care for its customers. Despite stating that they are supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m. on their sign for the weekday that I went, the pharmacy was closed as of 5:30 p.m. without any clear sign indicating this to be the case. If an emergency occurred and the pharmacist there had to leave early, that is understandable. What is not acceptable is to not leave a clear sign indicating that your pharmacy is closed early for that day. As such, I recommend customers take their prescription needs to another pharmacy in the area.

I don’t really understand why they need to close down the entire pharmacy for lunch. They couldn’t stagger the lunch breaks?

I've used this pharmacy for years. The pharmacist have always been top notch. I received a text Friday that my prescriptions were ready for pick up. I drove from Casa Grand and when I arrived it was closed due to staffing shortages? I'm not unhappy with the employees but corporate needs to get their act together it appears.

There was no wait time, and the service was very professional. They also informed me of vaccinations that are due for me. I am happy I use this pharmacy.

Spent 25 minutes helping someone test pricing and then closed and said they did not have my prescription- even though I confirmed it was sent by the doctor an hour prior.
