I am so happy this is my local CVS because all the staff is awesome, including the pharmacy. They are very fast and efficient.

Kyrene & Chandler Blvd has the worst pharm tech! Dr sent in an rx that was not covered by insurance. I called CVS to let them know I had a manufacturer coupon code I was told by Evan the pharmacy tech he could not take that code. He had to order the medication first that is incorrect. You do not need to order the med to get a price. He refused to take my manufacturer coupon code and then placed me on a punishment hold for one hour and three minutes yesterday, January 17 at about 3 PM. never came back to the phone to check. I called the front end of the store to have someone walk back there and find out what the problem was. Evan proceeded to tell me he was busy because there were cars in the drive-through and people in the store I let him know this was his job, and I am a customer waiting on the phone for my turn in line, disrespectful, rude and ignorant. I will never go there again and will file a formal complaint with CVS corporate and my Blue Cross insurance to let them know about how the companies their contracted with do business.

Completely rude staff, slow, unwilling to do their job correctly. By far the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

Have you ever had to wait over half an hour for a scheduled vaccine? I have!! And I never even got it because they keep ringing up people who were here after me!

They take awhile to answer the phone. You have to go up there to get answers quickly.

I called the pharmacy today and the lady on the phone was extremely rude . I was having a hard time finding info about my pain medication and she was no help. She was irritated by my confusion on the situation. Immediately by her tone of voice I could tell she was in a bad mood. Someone with that kind of attitude should not be working directly with customers . Lack of good or even “decent” Customers Service. I am not familiar with CVS procedures, which is the reason I called, to get some guidance and assistance .

We had a very bad experience with the minute clinic care at this cvs location. We scheduled a visit for a covid test for a senior guest of ours. We arrived on time, but were asked to spend 10 mins at the kiosks machine just to enter the same info that I entered online while reserving the timeslot. At the end of the, checkin completion, the care provider came and said we're late by 10 mins, and we're not provided any service even after reservation. I seriously don't recommend anyone to this location and/or minutecliniccare. I gave 1 star because there is no 0 star option in google.

Pharmacy is closed for their lunch. Dumb-craps talking loudly like the roll down security door is the ‘cone of silence’. All the drama about their jobs. Doesn’t sound like they like their colleagues.

The Minute Clinic on Chandler is awesome. Yes, you might have a to wait a couple of mins but ppl do the same at the doctor’s office - nothing different.The NP are very knowledgeable and listen to your concerns. I love the ppl at the pharmacy.

Last 2x I’ve picked up at promises time I get told it’s not ready yet, give them another 15-20 minutes. Last time I was told someone called out sick and this time the attitude is very “it is what it is.” I’m fairly confident they aren’t beginning the filling process on same day orders until the customer arrives. I saw another customer get told “20 minutes” when she came to pick up too. I’m going to be transferring everything to a different store.

While the techs are nice, their pharmacist is terrible at service - I observed him call a woman a "crazy lady" when she tried to ask him how long it would take for her prescription to be filled. When I had a question about one of my medications, I got literally yelled at by him - starting with him telling me that he doesn't have to answer my questions, then going on to say he won't fill my prescription.So if you can, go somewhere else.

If I wasn’t forced to CVS by Caremark, I’d be a happy person. Multiple issues spanning multiple years. Prescription screwups done by store staff, and they just don’t care.

Transfer your medications. They do not care at all about providing efficient and accurate service. This pharmacy can't be trusted at all. They blame it on staffing issues, but I work in the medical field and my office is understaffed, yet we still go above and beyond for patients. They are rude. When they make a mistake they yell that they are understaffed, and remind you that they are helping you. How is it helpful when I call to verify a medication has been received and name it, and you tell me it is and that you will have it filled.....yet when I go to pick it up 3 hours later, you filled an old RX that no longer applies? Then I get yelled at that it's my doctor's fault. I did my due diligence calling to verify the RX was received and you confirmed the name of the RX back to me. Now you tell me it was not received and you filled an old one on file. Waste of a day and I still do not have the correct med for my daughter. Save yourself the headache of this pharmacy with no integrity or intelligence.
