"*Cough cough... wheeze ...cough!* Should I see the doctor?" I asked while looking at the cat.
"Meow," replied the cat.
Okay then.
I got plagued by one of my friends a holiday party (DON'T GO OUT WHILE YOU'RE SICK, PEOPLE.) and I've had an annoying and persistent cough ever since. Scheduling an appointment online for their Minute Clinic was a breeze. Do your Pre-checkin online, check-in when you get there, and you're gold.
I learned that the "new norm" for lingering coughs after sickness is now 4-6 weeks. That's rough.
The pharmacy is right there so after your appointment at the Minute Clinic, you can pick up your prescription right away. It's a good CVS!

I have come to this store and pharmacy for many years. The staff is always helpful and kind. The pharmacists are courteous and helpful, and the pharmacy techs work hard to get you served quickly with both vaccines and prescriptions!
I know that they are busy and I never fault them for getting me and other customers in and out quickly. However, they take the time to say hello, get me taken care of, and get me on my way to what I'd rather be doing!!!

Drive through was pretty quick and painless. The lady who helped me—she had bandaid earrings—was great!

I had two interactions with pharmacy techs at this location, one to submit my prescription (I had an order printed from a vet), and the other one to pick up said prescription. Both employees seemed inconvenienced that I was there. The first time, I walked up to the counter and a young woman asked “do you have a question?” Like seriously? Yeah, just wondering about the weather tomorrow. J/K. I found it off-putting. How about start with hi how are you, or hello sir/ma’am. Her facial expressions seemed annoyed. Try opening up with aomething friendly and customer service oriented. This lady was not friendly at all. I came back about 2 hours later to pick up the prescription, and this time it was a young man who also seemed annoyed to be doing his job. He did not say hello, how are you, good evening, nothing. Just “Be with you in a minute sir.” Then once he came to the counter, with no smile, just “Last name.” Then “date of birth.” And a couple other identifiers. Seemed very robotic and not personable at all. Clearly the employees here are not customer service oriented at all. They seemed genuinely annoyed to be dealing with a customer. Before I could even walk away from the counter the guy was back to packaging pills or whatever he was doing. I even tried to crack a joke at the end, and he just handed me the receipt with no smile or anything. Everyone seemed irritated. This was after coming from CVS at Dobson and Chandler, where the actual pharmacist was SUPER NICE and talked with me, even though they didn’t have the medication at their location. He referred me to Dobson and Germann. He was so nice and welcoming for the entirety of the interaction. I think the people at Dobson & Germann could use training from the other location. Safe to say I’ll be avoiding this one at all costs in the future. I get you have long days and get burnt out, but suck it up. I’ve worked in customer service jobs my entire adult life and never have treated a customer so rudely. Either treat people warmly and kindly or get a new job. I’m not sure when customer service became just an option nowadays. They did the bare minimum of their job by collecting information and filling the script, I’ll give them that, but they fail in all other categories. F.

I would give this pharmacy a zero. Pharmacy has the worst customer service especially one of the male pharmacist he was rude.I will be definitely not be going back.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars, I would. I picked up my wife's medication the other day, and we were billed for 28 tablets, but they only gave us 7. They charged us $15 for that transaction. We called to get the rest, and they rebilled our insurance again and reordered the medication again.
I called to make sure we wouldn't be charged another $15 dollars, and the pharmacist assured me we wouldn't. I went to pick up the medication again today, and they charged us $15 dollars again, even though we were told we wouldn't have to pay again.
I tried to talk to the pharmacy staff, and they basically said we'd have to go through the insurance to get the money back, even though it was the pharmacy's mistake. I wouldn't recommend filling your medications here because they will make mistakes and then lie to you about them to cover it up.

NP Beth at this CVS clinic is a joke. This location is the worst place to go to. Search for CVS clinic reviews for this location, there's nothing but negative experiences.

Always short staffed at pharmacy and prescriptions are very delayed. Poor customer service and are not friendly whatsoever.

They have the worst online phone system. Just trying to the pharmacist took me to so many inputs as if trying our best to Hang up phone.

I appreciate Rusty in the pharmacy for always being courteous and friendly to me, even when he is very busy. His sense of humor puts a smile on my face after a long day. He's also very efficient and hard-working.

When I have an exceptional experience I must share it. Tami in the pharmacy department is an outstanding employee. She has shown time and time again that she makes the extra effort to help her clients. She is always very busy in her department although always takes the time to listen and help out. I drive further to this CVS but it's worth it. Tami makes a difference. I highly recommend this CVS pharmacy. Todd
