Always short staffed at pharmacy and prescriptions are very delayed. Poor customer service and are not friendly whatsoever.

They have the worst online phone system. Just trying to the pharmacist took me to so many inputs as if trying our best to Hang up phone.

I appreciate Rusty in the pharmacy for always being courteous and friendly to me, even when he is very busy. His sense of humor puts a smile on my face after a long day. He's also very efficient and hard-working.

When I have an exceptional experience I must share it. Tami in the pharmacy department is an outstanding employee. She has shown time and time again that she makes the extra effort to help her clients. She is always very busy in her department although always takes the time to listen and help out. I drive further to this CVS but it's worth it. Tami makes a difference. I highly recommend this CVS pharmacy. Todd

Went to the minute clinic or health hub here. Very impatient staff. I’m not the person to throw around the word “rude”. But this place would be the first place I’d use it for.

Flu shot and Covid shot scheduled for 2:30 PM. Checked in at 2:25 PM and did not leave until 3:10 PM. Disrespectful of peoples time. Medical personnel did not apologize for the wait. Vaccines took 30 seconds while I waited for over 30min. Just wild. Pharmacy is just chaotic

Terrible staff at pharmacy counter chatting away with customer while others wait in line. Talking to customer while turning their backs looking at monitor and just give you the 'dead pan' attitude like i owe him an apology for bothering him. For sure didnt read up all negative review and only went here because i live across the street. Big mistake next time im going to walgreens miles away its seems to worth it.

CVS pharmacy is the absolute worst. They do not listen when you request to use a discount card. Then they enter the wrong info and tell you your prescription is even more. Not to mention trying to call to reach someone in the pharmacy is like being on a torture device with their automated system, then you get hung up on and have to do it all over again. They are all rude and unaccommodating. Cancel the script and go to any other pharmacy. I am through dealing with them. I don't need the headache

Don't ever buy sim cards or gift cards from this location. They have all the old stock. Hopefully it's just sim cards and not expired meds too. I bought a lycamobile sim card and little did I know this CVS gave me an expired one. The sim was so old that it wouldn't fit in any of the android or Apple phones. Just a rip off as they don't refund you for an open prepaid card, even though it's not activated or usable. I wouldn't be in this place if you just had sold me a new sim card.

The drive through here has gone down hill. Last night the cars were backed up to the road. The wait was tremendous until finally the car in front of me took atleast 10 minutes to receive service. CVS should be ashamed and embarrassed. This place is now unprofessional and ineffecient. I honked at them to hurry it up and was met at the window with hostility and excuses about how they need to train their staff. News flash... the MVD is more efficient than you guys.

The pharmacy staff is beyond incompetent and rude. It is one thing to be slow because you are understaffed, but they have no idea what they are doing, and they have an attitude about it!

The pharmacy at this location is so poorly managed. I've gone to two doctor's appts in the past week, each visit resulting in a different prescription, and this CVS takes HOURS to fill them. I was finally able to get through on the phone after my first appt and asked for my prescription to be expedited. The pharmacy tech sighed and sounded annoyed, but they did get the prescription filled about an hour and a half later after my call. After my second appt today, I've called four times to expedite my next prescription, but no one ever answers. I keep sitting on hold for over 20 minutes multiple times but it seems that no one cares to answer the phone. Every other CVS I've used is able to fill prescriptions within an hour have answered their phones in a prompt manner. I just transferred everything to a different CVS location.

Every interaction I have with the pharmacy is difficult. Not only are most of the staff new and incompletly trained, but many of them are rude as well. I can stop by to update insurance or give information for a prescription, so that it's ready for me later. Then, when I return, even after the time they tell me the prescription will be ready, they haven't even updated the insurance or gotten the medicine ready. I know to expect at least two trips to attempt to pick up a medicine, even refills. And, I anticipate everytime I will have to give them the insurance again, remind them the steps to release the medicine for refill, or help them find the correct medicine to refill.
