Leaves a lot to be desired. A plain clothes middle-aged Caucasian man pretended to straighten out t-shirts on the other side of where I was standing as I looked at the imitation perfume.
He glanced over at me and did not utter a word of acknowledgment. I am sure it would not have hurt him to speak to me since he is the one who walked up to where I was, only to survey what I was doing. I happen to be a customer of 5 plus years at this Chandler Arizona location on Chandler blvd and Kyrene blvd. The other 2 employees were chit chatting with each other and left it as no option to speak to me or ask me if I needed assistance. Granted, I see why they couldn't care less since the store is closing on January 23rd, 2025 . However on the other hand, I see it as a grossly missed opportunity where they could endeavor to make the best of the situation and to make everyone that walks through that door welcome, most of all, valued. I happened to have utilized the services of the pharmacy, The Health Hub, and the store over the 5 plus years that I have been a customer. It is a damned shame that bad attitudes and poor customer service precede any glimmer of what could have been exceptional customer relations, garnering a loyal customer base. Perhaps if that were true, then there would not be a closing of this store. Perhaps this is mere speculation on my behalf. However, with this store closing, it begs the question regarding the need to provide exceptional customer service amid prices that, in my opinion, are through the roof should never be optional. Your underperforming store has lost at this undesirable, reprehensible game. BTW all other store managers from other CVS stores, Please refrain from contacting me and twisting my account of what I experienced. The plain clothes man was watching me did work at CVS and did ignore me at this location. For good measure, I am going to forward this on to your corporate offices to find out if they give a damn. The truth hurts, I get it. Next time do waaay better.

Most cvs stores are clean and well ordered. The store I was at today was neither. Cluttered and messy, and employees were not eager to help. McClintock and Ray Rd Chandler az

The location at McClintock & Ray rd. Is the worst excuse of this business!! We waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru behind someone trying to pay. Instead of asking these people to pull around and go inside to customer service. I had to ask the driver behind us to let us back up enough to get out. The employees in the drive thru should be able to use common sense!! The manager of this CVS needs some serious retraining. Will not return.

Huge lack of customer service and customer connection here. They have the phone calls routed to voicemail prompt and it gives you maybe 10 seconds before it hangs up. I’m not sure what’s the disconnect but maybe staff this pharmacy with pharmacists and techs that actually want to work and deal with people.

Moved nearby and switched all prescriptions here over 6 months ago after using many CVS pharmacies across the country. In the last 6 months they have continually not order 2 different prescriptions (I now there are shortages but this isn’t a shortage problem, this is them not requesting and ordering the prescription that is in stock elsewhere for weeks after countless stops and calls reminding them and promising they would order it). Then one of my prescriptions which is a controlled substance was filled and when I arrived they told me they had lost it. It took them 2 days to track down where someone had placed it and once it was found they had miscounted the pills and shorted me- which for a controlled substance means I was unable to have my medication for the last week of the month. Find another CVS or pharmacy, just do not have your prescriptions sent here.

I took my father there for his prescription and I gave them a coupon for 1 free month of medication given to me by chandler hospital. The first guy looked at the coupon and said it wasn't any good, I asked to check again and a lady came over and said the same thing, I was charged over 510 dollars for the medication. I paid cash and took my father home. I went back the next day and asked the same lady to try to use the coupon, she did, not happy to do it, and guess what, it worked. It saved me 510 dollars. The lady then couldn't refund my money because I paid cash, I had to get store credit 2 days later because these people are totally incompetent and almost illiterate. The level of horrible customer experience is at the very highest. I would recommend to use another company or store, this was a terrible experience

I haven't been in the store since before the pandemic but the drivethru has always worked well for me. Even when there are a lot of cars in line, it doesn't seem to take long.

Second lane in drive through apparently doesn't work to send stuff, only the speaker. No sign or block up saying out of order. So they'll ignore you then finally make you drive around and lose your spot in line

Had 6pm vaccine appointments for my wife and myself. At 6:45 we were final called for our turn and both had problems with our insurance. So had to go back to the check-in to get that straightened out. At 7pm everything was finally straightened out and we got our shots. Why even have appointments with pre-check-in if it means nothing?! DO NOT got to this CVS for your vaccinations unless you have cleared your schedule first!
